SEPTEMBER OFFER of the Brtniky Villa - the price includes bicycle rental (3 bicycles available). Come and enjoy cycling in the national park.
The villa is located in a large garden with a stream and beautiful trees. This holiday house has two living floors. The first floor offers a hall, a large dining room, living room with winter garden, a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, stove, refrigerator) with a dining table. On the upper floor you will find three bedrooms, one of which is a suite-type bedroom (40 sqm) and 2 regular bedrooms. The spacious, modern bathroom offers a walk-in shower for two people and two sinks. Of course, we provide you with towels and bed linen.
The villa has great historical value. The local textile industrialist Johann Klinger built the house for his sister Adelaide, who was very enthusiastic about classical music – see below.

The village of Brtníky (original German name Zeidler) is located near tourist routes (hiking, cycling) in the Czech-Saxon Switzerland, near the German border. If you would rather go swimming, you can visit the nearby spa in Rumburk (8 km), aquaparks in Germany: Neustadt (25 km), Kirschau (15 km), or thermal baths in Bad Schandau (25 km). The nearest towns are Rumburk and Krásna Lípa (8 km), with a variety of shopping options, medical facilities, and historical sights. A Baroque Loreto in Rumburk is worth a visit.

| During the high season we typically provide accomodation for a week, starting Saturday or Sunday. Do not hesitate to ask if you have different needs. |
Cancellation terms:
- You will be refunded the booking amount minus the cancellation fee, if you cancel the booking at least 4 days before the planned check-in until 12 o’clock CET (Central European time). For cancellations which are made less than 4 days before check-in, you will be refunded 50% of the booking amount minus the price for the first night and the cancellation fee.

Please note that your holiday in Brtníky helps. We invest income from rentals in the restoration of the house and its surroundings to preserve its great historical value. Our next plan is to restore a pond and a semicircular pavilion in the garden. The original owner, Mrs. Adelaide Klinger, was very interested in music. She studied classical music in Dresden and the pavilion was, in her time, a place for concerts. Let’s make it real again.
