This holiday flat is located in the attic, i.e. on the 2nd floor on Ferienhof Hering, where 3 other flats are rented out, is approx. 65 m² in size and offers space for 6-8 people and room for a travel cot. It was completely rebuilt in 2017. The flat has two bedrooms, each with double bed and a sleeping loft 4 single beds, spacious bathroom (daylight) with shower/WC, open kitchen with comfortable and cosy seating area and dining table. The kitchen itself is a complete fitted kitchen with cooker (face height), sep. ceramic hob and dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, crockery etc.. - everything you need for self-catering. Furthermore, the flat has a large balcony.
On the ground floor of the house there is a lounge with billiards and board games, which all guests are welcome to use. In the courtyard there is a brick barbecue and a fire bowl with plenty of seating, inviting you to spend cosy evenings.

Location and surroundings of object
The holiday farm is located in the national park municipality, the state-recognised resort Hinterhermsdorf with approx. 650 inhabitants. The farm is centrally located and quiet at the same time. After a few steps you can reach fields and forests. Hinterhermsdorf has already been voted Germany's most beautiful village once and is also certified as a family-friendly holiday resort.
You can start your hikes directly from the farm. With a very well signposted network of hiking and cycling trails - also across the border into Bohemian Switzerland - there are numerous opportunities for day trips or short, leisurely excursions.
A boat trip on the Upper Lock in the wild and romantic Kirnitzschklamm gorge is a must during a holiday in Hinterhermsdorf. A hike to the Weifberg Tower, which can be reached in just 30 minutes, is definitely worth the climb. From there you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. For children, an excursion to the "Waldhusche", a forest adventure park, is a good idea. In just a few minutes you can reach the playground and sports field with natural swimming pond.

The regulations in the event of a cancellation are handled as follows: From 34 to 28 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total price; from 27 to 15 days before the arrival date: 60% of the total price; from 14 to 7 days before the arrival date: 70% of the total price; from 6 days before the arrival date and in case of no-show: 80% of the total price; However, if we can re-let the apartment after a prior cancellation for the cancelled period, there will, of course, be no costs.

In the village there is a small grocery shop, which is supplied early by a baker with fresh rolls, a hairdresser, doctor, Haus des Gastes with savings bank. Furthermore, there are 4 restaurants within walking distance.
There is a playground and sports field with a bathing pond about 150 m away and a riding school about 300 m away.
