Beautiful, small house on Trondheimsleia meets all your expectations!
The house is located on Mevika (former Bauerhoff) on Tustna in West Norway.
The house is suitable for 2-3 adults or for a family with 2 children.
On the ground floor you will find:
-Fully equipped kitchen with all electrical appliances.
-Living room. TV with DE channels. Sofa bed.
-Bathroom with shower, WC.
-Underfloor heating on the ground floor.
On the top floor are
-a double bedroom ( 150 cm bed)
-a lounge with a 90 cm. Bed
Outside there is a beautiful garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Parking spaces are also available.
There is a laundry room with a washing machine and clotheslines in the outbuilding. Freezer 300L.

Location and surroundings of object
It is approx. 50m. to the fjord.
A boathouse with a large filleting area (with water and light) is located right at the water's edge and next to the jetty. In the boathouse are 3 lockable rooms for each accommodation unit on Mevika. So that our guests can safely store their own fishing gear!
It is possible to get to the boathouse by car.
A 17 foot aluminium boat with 50 hp Honda engine belongs to the house
Echo sounder, GPS and chart plotter, life jackets and sea charts are on the boat.
