Description

Our detached holiday home offers comfortable accommodation for up to 6 people, plus a pet. The property is not fenced.
The house extends over 2 floors:
Ground floor: large veranda with seating for 6 people and a large table where our guests like to chat, play games (available).
Next is the large living room with flat-screen TV, 2 leather sofas with table, and sleeping space for 2 people in a double bed (1.80x2m). In the large eat-in kitchen, everything you need for daily life is sufficiently available. Refrigerator + freezer, electric stove with ceramic hob, microwave, convection oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, smoothie maker, toaster, egg cooker, kettle, and so on.
There is also a designer bathroom with bathtub and toilet, washbasin, on the ground floor.
On the 1st On the upper floor there are two bedrooms: 1 bedroom with TV and bed (2x2.20m), 1 bedroom with bed (1.6x2m), a bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. Here you will also find our newly renovated balcony with seating for 6 people.
Parking for up to 2 cars directly in front of the door. Also a nice lawn area with two beach chairs.
Wi-Fi free of charge.

Location and surroundings of object

Ahrensbök is located 13 km from the Baltic Sea - Scharbeutz. Our beautiful town is also situated exactly halfway between Bad Segeberg (Karl May Festival), Eutin, and Lübeck. Right outside our front door you can use many bus connections. For the kids, there is a well-frequented playground and skate park with climbing wall and sports and play equipment.
In the town itself there are many shopping options such as Rewe, Aldi, Lidl, Penny, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants. If you are a disciple of St. Peter: fishing ponds are 2km away. If you prefer golfing – no problem: 4 golf courses are available in the vicinity. There is also a riding stable in town.

In the low season arrival day according to request and agreement, the rental price per day of 85,00€ refers to an occupancy of 4 persons. Each additional person costs 22,00€ per day. The maximum occupancy of 6 persons must not be exceeded.
If you wish a bed linen/towel package from us, this costs 14,00€ per person. Bath towels for the beach are NOT included in the package.
Visitor's tax is not payable with us.

Holiday home in Ahrensbök

The holiday home is very spacious, it was very clean, is very well equipped, and there were many attentions for both humans and dogs from the landlords. We lacked nothing, we felt very comfortable. Thank you very much.

Highly recommended

Such a holiday home with such nice, warm landlords is very rare to find. Starting from the lovely welcome greeting on the kitchen table with sweets, including treats for the dogs, cold drinks in the fridge, to the bedtime snack for everyone on the pillow. The house is really clean and equipped with everything; we didn't miss anything! A lot of little details have been thought of. The bakery and the supermarket are quickly reachable on foot. In the immediate vicinity, there are many beautiful excursion destinations. We really felt welcome and comfortable. Thank you also for the bottle of sparkling wine that was placed at the front door this morning with a lovely New Year's greeting. We wish you a good start into the new, hopefully healthy year 2025! Holiday home with its own charm

We were able to experience a great vacation week in this holiday home with four generations. Ideal for this type of vacation were the different sleeping options with very good beds :). The kitchen is also well equipped, with plenty of dishes available, so you don't have to wash up after every single meal.

There are great excursion options that are quickly accessible, and the morning bakery run is easily reachable on foot. The host family Voss is warm-hearted and especially relaxed and uncomplicated.

We have recovered very well, thank you very much.

Very beautiful apartment

We arrived later than planned on the day of arrival. But that was not a problem at all. We were received very kindly and warmly and then shown around the apartment. It is very spacious and lovingly furnished. There is more than enough dishware and cutlery available, as well as many other useful little helpers that I have missed in other vacation rentals. Although pets are allowed there, neither their smell nor their presence was noticeable. The apartment is absolutely clean and tidy. I traveled with my two children and my daughter's friend. Thanks to the great idea of having a sleeping area adjacent to the living room, everyone had their own retreat point.

Our pets were also considered. Bowls with snacks for cats and dogs were ready. There were also small goodies on our beds as a welcome gift. We have never experienced this in any other vacation apartment. Grocery stores are within walking distance, and if you're craving a snack late at night, there's a snack vending machine across from the house (my children especially loved that ?)

All in all, we can 100% recommend the apartment. And if we vacation at the Baltic Sea again, we will definitely return.

We felt very comfortable!

The magical house with history is extremely cozy!
The beach can be reached quickly by car. Bakeries and other shopping options are easily within walking distance.
For evening fun, there was a skating rink with a slide and a small playground right across the street... that was worth its weight in gold. Annelie Voß is a wonderfully warm-hearted host. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

All-round carefree package

First of all, many thanks to Annelie and Thomas. For simply EVERYTHING !

As it is not a matter of course nowadays to be able to rent a holiday flat or a holiday home with dogs, it is all the nicer to be able to give a more than positive review today
On arrival we were warmly welcomed. During the tour of the house, we immediately noticed that everything had been thought of
Dog bowls (incl. treats) bedtime snacks on the pillow, water and orange juice (which we actually forgot to drink) in the fridge and a cuddly moose for our 1 year old son. The icing on the cake was a birthday present the next morning
The house is perfect. Everything you need is there. Everything is clean and tidy. What more could you wish for
Annelie and Thomas are absolutely warm and friendly landlords. I can only recommend them. We hope to come back soon.

All good things come in threes

Dear Annelie, dear Thomas.
Once again, everything was perfect.
The house is equipped with everything you need for a successful holiday. Everything is clean and tidy.
From now on there is even an icebox to have ice or ice cubes for a cool drink. Great ?
Shopping can be done on foot, and there are plenty of bakeries and restaurants to choose from.
The Baltic Sea is only 15 minutes away by car.
We will definitely be back.

Perfect and absolutely recommendable

We felt comfortable with you right away and were able to spend a relaxed and restful vacation. Everything was perfect from the beginning, a warm welcome with small attentions for all of us, even our dog was not forgotten.

Mrs. and Mr. Voß are very nice landlords, uncomplicated and always helpful. We had the feeling as if we had known each other for a long time.

We had perfect weather throughout our entire vacation and you could think that the Voß family was also responsible for that :)

The vacation apartment (actually a whole house) is furnished with attention to detail and there really is nothing missing in terms of equipment. Especially everything is tip top clean.

Baltic Sea Vacation 2020, Voß Family

It is always nice to enjoy a vacation at the Baltic Sea with Annelie & Tom Voß. It feels like coming home, just with small lovely surprises. It's only about 10 km to the sea, and the other trips, such as Malente, Eutin, Bad Schwartau, Scharbeutz, Lübeck (have you ever taken a splashbus? A bus that drives into the water), Neustadt, Bad Segeberg, and many more, are simply worth a visit. You can see a lot or spend time with children and a dog on the beach, have a beach vacation, or do kitesurfing, volleyball.
There is a bus stop directly at the holiday home.
In the village, there are very good restaurants, Ahrensböker Hof or Chinese food near the tennis court and of course snack bars. Shopping opportunities are nearby.
So, just like at home, but better, since the sea is close by. We wish the Voß family all the best and good health and look forward to seeing you again soon.

To feel comfortable!

We felt very comfortable with the Voß family from the very beginning, the holiday apartment is lovingly furnished, it is very well maintained, and we lacked nothing. We were especially pleased with the fresh flowers, a welcome drink for young and old, as well as small attentions on the pillows that our junior particularly enjoyed. Within walking distance, many shops, as well as a bakery and an ice cream parlor, are easily accessible. Zum 2ten mal

We were at the holiday home with the Voß family again, there were four of us and we felt comfortable all around. Great house and excellent facilities. And above all very nice landlords, whom you gladly come back to. Central location to the destinations we visited is an additional plus. Baker and supermarket are a few minutes away. If the refrigerator needs to be replaced, a fridge-freezer combo would be the icing on the cake. We will book this house again for our Baltic Sea holidays!

Schöne geräumige und saubere Ferienwohnung

We have been coming back to this vacation rental for years now. The apartment is very nice, spacious, and super clean. The landlords are also very friendly and always provide a little attention. The location of the vacation rental is great as well. Restaurants and shopping options are within walking distance, and the beach and various attractions/cities are easily reached by car. We can highly recommend a stay in this holiday apartment!

Beautiful autumn vacation

We stayed in this cozy holiday home with our three children and dog. We didn't miss anything. Shopping facilities are nearby and within walking distance. If you don't feel like cooking, you can also order food to your home or go out to eat, and you can reach the restaurants on foot. During our evening walks, we explored Ahrensbök, a beautiful little town in our opinion. There is also a great forest with an adventure trail that the 3rd-grade children of the Ahrensbök primary school have designed. You can take perfect distance from your everyday life and relax wonderfully. It takes just under 15 minutes by car to reach the sea. We give the vacation home and the nice landlords 5 stars +. Traumhaft

We, parents, 3 children, and the dog, spent a fantastic 14-day vacation with the Voß family. We received a very warm welcome, they even thought of our dog. If anything is missing or broken, they take care of it immediately. Everything in town is easily accessible on foot, and the Baltic Sea is quickly reached by car. The house is clean and tidy. We will definitely come back, and hopefully have such great luck with the weather again.
