Welcome to the beautiful sunny island of Usedom! Enjoy your holidays in our traditional reed house between the Achterwasser and the Baltic Sea beach.
The Reethaus Trassenheide holiday home is located between the seaside resorts of Trassenheide and Karlshagen in a tranquil holiday home settlement on the edge of the Usedom Island Nature Park. On a natural plot of 1100 square metres, you can enjoy peace and seclusion, far from the hustle and bustle of seaside tourism.
With its 110 square metres of living space, the sun-drenched house with open-plan living and kitchen area, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, fireplace and sauna offers enough room for up to 5 adults.
Whether in summer with a glass of wine on the terrace, in winter in the sauna or by the crackling fireplace: our house offers you the ideal setting for a relaxing holiday all year round.
The holiday home is a non-smoking house. Pets are not allowed.

Quiet relaxing holidays away from the hustle and bustle of the baths
Pure relaxation, away from the now strongly increasing tourism in the baths of the beautiful island of Usedom. Despite the very quiet location on the outskirts of the village, it is easy to reach the beautiful and extensive beaches. Very tastefully and comfortably furnished house, among other things with sauna, fireplace and beautiful garden.

A very well-kept, clean and perfectly equipped holiday home. We felt comfortable right away when we entered the house. The peace in the residential area is unbeatable. The location of the house is perfect to forget about everything around. The contact with the landlord was very friendly and uncomplicated. The local contact person was also very nice and competent.

Very beautiful, TOP equipped holiday home in a quiet location.
The beautiful vacation house is located at the entrance of Karlshagen in a quiet vacation home settlement. About 20 minutes walk to the beach. It's faster by car, of course. The equipment is great and above all, the fireplace and sauna are fun. So highly recommended even in winter if you don't need the holiday hustle and bustle. Very well-maintained furnishings and a large garden, which borders directly on a small forest area (and doesn't disturb any neighbors, or vice versa). Good for a couple with one to three children or for example, two couples. Highly recommended all around!

To feel comfortable
Despite a few rainy days, we felt very comfortable in the house, it was like home. There are many interesting places in the area that are definitely worth visiting. A short trip to Swinoujscie (36 km) is also worthwhile. The house is very well maintained and lovingly furnished, a true home. Nothing is missing. The walk through the (Ancient) forest to the beach speaks for itself, you have peace and can enjoy nature. The beach walks are wonderful. All in all: highly recommended!
