Description
Our holiday home is a roof-only house on the outskirts of Schneverdingen. It is located close to nature in a small holiday home settlement directly by the forest. It was extensively renovated at the end of 2017 and has been ready for occupancy since 2018.
The 60 m² living space offers enough room for up to four people.
The holiday home has a cosy living/dining area, a completely new bathroom, a new, fully equipped kitchen and two small bedrooms upstairs, which are separated by a small hallway and can be reached via a space-saving staircase.
The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and from there you can reach the approx. 15 sqm large terrace, which offers a beautiful view into the fully fenced garden. (The fence is approx. 80cm high)

| Up to 2 dogs are included in the rental price, for more than 2 dogs we charge an additional one-time fee of 10€. The rental price is to be paid by bank transfer one month before the start of the rental period. The spa tax of the city of Schneverdingen of 0,60€ for each guest over 18 years / per day is to be paid to the city of Schneverdingen after your arrival. |
Cancellation terms:
The resignation must be made in writing. The date of receipt of the resignation statement is decisive for the time of resignation. Until the 75th day before the start of the trip, 15% of the travel price. Until the 45th day before the start of the trip, 30% of the travel price. Until the 14th day before the start of the trip, 80% of the travel price. After that, 100% of the travel price. We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance! The legal provisions of the BGB (German Civil Code) apply.

In the high season (April to October) as well as on holiday weeks (Easter/Christmas/year change) only for rent by the week, preferably with arrival and departure on weekends

Dream house in the heath
We are absolutely thrilled with the holiday home and are already looking forward to the next vacation there. The house and the furnishings are spotless, and everything (and more) you need is there. We have taken wonderful hikes with our dog directly from the house or jumped in the car for 10 minutes to start from a new point. Even in the off-season, the Lüneburg Heath and Schneverdingen are always worth a visit, and this holiday home is the perfect starting point.
The house is located in a completely quiet cul-de-sac, so a cozy sleep-in is not disturbed.
The securely fenced garden was particularly enjoyed by our dog.
We can recommend the house and the hosts 100% and will definitely come back ourselves!

Ideal for a quiet holiday
We and our dog felt very comfortable. The location of the house is magical. Hiking trails start right behind the property, which our dog especially enjoyed. We lacked nothing, everything you need for a relaxing holiday was available. Hot tip for all those who are looking for peace and relaxation.

Great accommodation, will come back gladly.
We found a great accommodation in a superb location, with everything you need. Beautiful extensive walks in nature, especially for dog owners like us, right from the holiday home. With the many shopping options in Schneverdingen itself, we got everything we needed. We have had relaxing days in a house where we felt very comfortable. Our next vacation here is already planned.
