The holiday home Rosalia offers the perfect retreat in the midst of nature, surrounded by a beautiful green garden with a large pool. From the pool you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view of the bay, ensuring a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. The house has been completely renovated, guaranteeing a modern and comfortable living experience. It is located 1500 meters from the sea, close enough for a leisurely walk to the coast, yet far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle.
The property is surrounded by olive trees, which emphasizes the peaceful atmosphere. The house is 115 square meters, the pool area measures 30 square meters. At the pool there are 14 loungers, garden furniture, sun umbrellas, an outdoor shower, and a foosball table available, providing many opportunities for relaxation and entertainment. The pool is shared only with the guests of the neighboring apartment, which guarantees privacy. Covered parking spaces for two cars are available, and there is a barbecue for preparing meals outdoors.
The holiday home Rosalia consists of two apartments, which are rented as a whole, meaning that the house is always rented to only one group. The house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living rooms, dining areas, and two fully equipped kitchens. Each apartment has its own terrace, making it ideal for two families who want to spend their vacation together but still desire some privacy.
The ground floor, or the first apartment, includes a spacious common area with a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, and a cozy living room with a large sofa that can also serve as an additional bed. A wood stove is available for cooler days, creating a cozy atmosphere especially in autumn or winter. The glass wall offers a breathtaking sea view, which you can admire from the kitchen and dining area. On the ground floor there are two bedrooms – one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Bed linen is provided, and the bathroom is equipped with a shower, a toilet, and a hairdryer. The apartment also features Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and satellite TV. The terrace is furnished with a seating area for six people.
An external staircase leads to the second apartment on the upper floor. The first thing you notice is the large terrace with a wonderful sea view, equipped with seating for six people and two sun loungers. This apartment also features a spacious communal area with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room, two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds), and a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and satellite TV are also available.

Located in a very beautiful setting with a great view.
Very hospitable and nice landlords. The location is very beautiful, and one can quickly reach any destination on the island.

We would like to thank the nice landlords. We had a wonderful time in the quiet village of Suzan.
The swimming pool was great and was cleaned and maintained daily. The village of Cizici can be reached on foot in half an hour
The flats were well equipped. A few more smaller keys would have been nice. Our always friendly and reserved landlords were always responsive and helpful with problems and information.
We thank them very much for the wonderful time.

Super house in a dream location
In reality, the house and especially the sea view are even better. We were thrilled. The village of Suzan is located uphill (from the sea) and is very pretty, quiet, and small, with a store (300m) where we got bread every morning. The view from the terraces (top and bottom) was a dream at any time of the day, and the pool was a great way to cool off after our hikes. We didn't want to leave. We were glad that the house was simply but well-furnished, meaning we could move freely and feel at home, not like in a "dollhouse". When booking, I was initially skeptical about the rental agency, as you often hear negative things, but everything went smoothly! The village of Čižići by the sea with its beach (known for its healing mud) can be reached on foot in about 15 minutes through the forest. There is a bakery, ice cream parlor, restaurants, and an ATM there. The island is simply great, and you can explore it on foot, by bike, and by car! The owners have their house on the same property where the vacation house is located, but you only see them from a distance and always have a person to contact. They are very friendly and helpful. Absolutely recommended!
