The villa is comfortable and superbly decorated. It is surrounded by a beautifully decorated mediterranean garden with a swimming pool, overlooking the Adriatic sea. All of that creates a wonderful atmosphere for daily relaxation. Covered outdoor lounging and dining area allow guests full enjoyment of the Mediterranean food, that can be grilled in stone barbecue. On the property is a parking place suitable for three cars. Property of 700m2 around villa Maria is fenced.
The architecture of the house is typically mediterranean. The interior is decorated in the spirit of local tradition and adapted to the needs and requirements of modern lifestyle. The ground floor offers an open plan kitchen, dining room and living room. Living room at villa Maria is very comfortable and provides a romantic fireplace, a smart LED television with SAT programs and wireless internet connection. The fully equipped kitchen continues the seamless blend of mediterranean design, as well as dining table for six . Ground floor provides a private master bedroom with a private dressing room and a bathroom. Toilet and storage are located on the ground floor as well. Entire ground floor is air-conditioned.
Two cosy bedrooms with a bathroom welcome you on the first floors. Each bedroom comes equipped with an air condition and provides a beautiful sea view. Fine linens and accoutrements provide peaceful nights of sleep.First floor offers a private terrace with a charming view of the bay.

The house offers a beautiful view of the sea, the city of Crikvenica and Gorski Kotar. It is located 1500 meters from the sea. You can also go on hiking tours through landscaped vineyard paths in the area. 15km from the villa you will find the beautiful towns of Malinska, Vrbnik and Krk. Restaurants and bars are available within 2 km. The market is available within only 50 meters. Be sure to try the famous Vrbnička žlahtina and traditionally prepared dishes of this region.

Very beautiful view and very good facilities
We were there in low season and the view, facilities and pool are top
There is enough space for 3 cars and the rooms are also very good. What we really liked was that the kitchen equipment was more than complete. The supermarket within walking distance is also well stocked

Simply dreamlike!
We (2 adults, 2 children) had a wonderful holiday at Villa Maria.
The photos and descriptions on the website really didn't promise too much:
The house and garden are very well maintained, the whole complex is beautiful
The view from the terrace across the pool to the sea and the opposite mainland is fantastic!
The pool is a nice size at 4m x 6m - and clean and warm it was too!
There is everything you need in the house. I would especially like to highlight the great equipment in the kitchen. Everything is really available and in sufficient quantity! In addition to the fridge in the kitchen, there is a large fridge-freezer in an adjoining room, where you will also find the washing machine and dryer. The W-Lan connection is very good and stable. All German channels can be received on the TV. Towels - small and large - are plentiful
Suzan is a small, quiet place, which we personally found very pleasant
50 m next to the house is a tiny little supermarket ("Trgovina") for daily bread. A very large supermarket of the chain "Plodine" with an excellent assortment is located in the direction of Malinska, about 10 minutes away by car
From Suzan you can reach the bay in 5 minutes by car, with a wonderful view from the terrace. To Malinska it takes about 15 minutes, to Krk town about 25 minutes, to Baska 40 minutes
Suzan is also the contact person for all questions around the house, who is very nice and helpful.
All in all, we can wholeheartedly recommend Villa Maria as a holiday home!

Beautiful villa and we loved our stay
Wir waren 2 Wochen (April / Mai 2018) in Villa Maria in Suzan (Krk). Die Villa ist wunderschön auf einem Hügel gelegen und die Aussicht ist atemberaubend, vor allem in den frühen Morgenstunden bei Sonnenaufgang. Sondern auch den weiteren Verlauf des Tages. Die Villa liegt in einem kleinen ruhigen Dorf. Dein tägliches Brot (sehr gut) kann man bekommen in einem kleinen Supermarkt ca. 100 m entfernt. Die Villa ist sehr gut ausgestattet und verfügt über schöne Möbel. Aufgrund der sehr guten Wetter. Wir besuchten viele interessante Dörfer auf der Insel und vor allem einige sehr nette und schöne Strände. Wir haben in mehreren guten Restaurants gegessen und wir wollen auch sicher das Restaurant empfehlen, die vom Eigentümer beraten wurde. Der Eigentümer ist sehr freundlich und wirklich ein sehr guter Gastgeber. Er möchte wirklich, dass Sie seine Villa und Ihren Aufenthalt auf der Insel Krk zu genießen. Wir haben genossen von unseren Aufenthalt in diesem Zeitraum in Villa Maria und halten im Verstand in den kommenden Jahren wieder zu buchen.

We stayed during 2 weeks (April/May 2018) in Villa Maria. The villa is beautiful situated on the hill and the views are stunning, in the early morning at sunrise in particular. But also during the rest of the day. The villa is situated in a small quiet village. You can get your daily bread (very good) in a small supermarket about 100 meters away. The villa is very good equipped and has lovely furniture. Because of the very good whether we really enjoyed the garden, its terrace and of course the swimming pool. We visited a lot of interesting villages on the Island, and especially some very nice and beautiful beaches. We have eaten in good restaurants and we want to recommend also the restaurant which was advised by the owner. The owner is very friendly and really a very good host. He really wants you to enjoy his villa and your stay on the island Krk. We really loved our stay.
