Although it is a semi-detached house, it offers complete privacy, so that you can enjoy the tranquility and peace of this picturesque location. The villa extends over 140 sqm on two floors, while the outdoor area is 500 sqm.
The interiors are spacious and bright. On the ground floor, there is an open living area with a kitchen, dining room, and living room, which are seamlessly connected. The living room is furnished with a comfortable leather sofa and armchairs where you can relax while watching the 55-inch smart TV with satellite channels and Wi-Fi connection. In the evening, the warmth of the romantic fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere. The dining area comfortably seats six people, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances and kitchen utensils. There is also a toilet with a washing machine on this level. An elegant staircase leads to the first floor, where there are three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, LED TV, air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed, LED TV, and air conditioning, while the third bedroom is equipped with two single beds. The second and third bedrooms share a bathroom that is accessible from the hallway. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, toilet, towels, and a hairdryer.
The outdoor area of the villa is designed for relaxing and enjoying nature. There is a large pool surrounded by six sun loungers where you can sunbathe or cool off in the water. On the covered terrace, there is a comfortable seating area for six people and a summer kitchen, the perfect place for dining and socializing. The summer kitchen is equipped with a grill and a traditional bread oven, so that you can prepare delicious meals or bake pizzas, which gives your stay an authentic Mediterranean touch.
The garden surrounding the villa is planted with Mediterranean vegetation, including a 200-year-old olive tree, which gives the area a special charm. There are two parking spaces available, and in the storage room you can store your recreational equipment or borrow one of the bicycles or the stand-up paddleboard, which are available free of charge.

Summer holiday
We had a wonderful holiday, we lacked nothing. The landlords are very friendly and attentive. The house was very clean and tastefully decorated. Everything we needed was there, as stated in the description. We will be very happy to come back.

The house is superbly equipped! Very high standard! The owner is very kind! Ideal place for 2 families with children. Slight downside due to the location being far from the beach, but it didn't bother us at all!!!!! Highly recommend this place!!!
