All rooms in the house are on the 1st floor and the summer terrace is on the ground floor .. There are 2 beautiful bedrooms and a large bathroom. The living room sofa can also be used for sleeping (+2). The house is fully equipped with all appliances, amenities and cutlery and the interior is air conditioned.

The apartment Nino is located on the edge of a small village near the west coast of Istria. A completely private garden, partly fenced, safe for children, with summer terrace and barbecue. Two bicycles are available for free. Secure parking is guaranteed in front of the house. Free WiFi is available to our guests.

Great pool, nice landlords.
We were there in September 2024.
Unfortunately, the weather was very cold.
The entire outdoor area is beautifully designed, and there are very comfortable loungers. We would have loved to use them much more often.
The pool is also very nice. It has cozy lighting in the evenings and is very clean.
The contact with the landlords was very pleasant. They are very hospitable and attentive.
Thank you very much for the lovely time in your house.
It should also be mentioned that the kitchen is well equipped. We enjoy cooking for ourselves on vacation, and it was very easy here.
Everything was tidy and abundantly available.
It was a lovely time! Thank you!!!

Great vacation home.
We spent 11 days at Villa Nino and had a great time. The landlords are super nice and would have been reachable at any time if there had been any problems. We felt completely comfortable and lacked nothing, you arrive and feel like at home. Thanks to Adriana, the apartment was super clean, the large pool as well as the entire property were very well maintained and the loungers with the cushions were very comfortable. We were welcomed by Adriana and her husband with drinks and pastries (thanks again for that). The starting position for various cities and restaurants is also great, you can reach everything comfortably by car within a few minutes, as well as supermarkets. We can absolutely recommend the house and especially the landlords. All in all, it was a perfect vacation for us.

Best house for the family !
We wanted to have a holiday with the grandparents - without tourists and without stress!
Perfect landlords - really super people!
Very well-kept condition of the furnishings - perfect pool.
In the small village all the neighbours say hello! They also bring something from the garden and no stress like in Porec directly.
In the morning at the sea - in the afternoon in your own pool... what more could you want?
You should have a car - it would be a bit stupid without one.

Perfect
The house is equipped with everything, really everything, that you need for a successful vacation. The motto here is: just arrive and relax. The location is perfect, various restaurants within easy reach by car in the nearby area, but also nicely central to explore Istria. The communication worked wonderfully, and the family is always available for questions and answers. Rarely have we experienced such a nice family who welcomed us so warmly.

Super tolle Woche
