Description
Enjoy your holiday in this panoramic house high above the Mediterranean Sea. The view down over the coast of the Costa Blanca, from Moraira to Calpe, will inspire you. Due to the location by the sea, even the hot months of the year are very pleasant and not stressful. The following view is from the pool terrace. Casa Corona stands on a plot of approx. 1000 sqm and is surrounded by a lovingly landscaped garden. In the transition between house and garden you will find the pool terrace. The well-maintained, new house offers space for up to 6 ß you will find in the 4 x 8 metre pool, which was equipped with a Roman staircase for easy entry and exit. Sun loungers invite you to sunbathe in comfort. The outdoor shower provides a quick cool-down in between. From the sun terrace you can reach the well-kept garden via a few steps.
The house has a living area of 160 sqm. On the upper floor there is a living room with SAT-TV and internet connection, a double bedroom with balcony and a bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher.
The living room is complemented by a large terrace glazed with sliding elements. This terrace can also be reached from the kitchen and it is equipped with a dining set. With an awning, the terrace can be shaded as desired. From here you have a beautiful view over the Cumbre del Sol villa area to the sea.
You reach the lower floor through the staircase. This is divided into two double bedrooms and a bathroom with tub, bidet and toilet. Another SAT-TV can be used. Both bedrooms have a direct exit to the pool. A washing machine and a dryer are at your disposal. A safe is also available. Air conditioning ensures pleasant room temperatures.
For the cooler season, the house is equipped with a heating (electrically operated storage heating) Supply is guaranteed by a supermarket, pharmacy, restaurant, Deutsche Bank branch, etc. in the vicinity, or use the varied offer of the city are in the neighbourhood of several partly very interesting golf courses.
The bathing bay Cumbre del Sol is approx. 1.5 km away, the beaches of Moraira are approx. 4 km away. Javea is also only a few minutes away by car, with its well-known small coves and beautiful sandy beach.

It is all as indicated.
We would like to give you some feedback from our vacation at the Panoramavilla. Everything is as stated, we especially enjoyed the beautiful view all the way to the sea. The price-performance ratio was good, you get a really well-kept house in a beautiful location with all amenities and a good caretaker on site for a (we think) reasonable price. Thank you very much.

very beautiful panorama
here we could really let our souls dangle. Everything was perfect for us from the booking to the stay. The house was clean and well maintained, the view really fantastic and we were lucky with the weather :-)

we have spent a wonderful vacation here
We spent a beautiful summer vacation in this house in 2016. The house was really nice, and the large bedroom with a TV on the lower floor was perfect for our daughters. We can only recommend the house.
