The holiday home is located approx. 40 m. above Trondheimsleia on the island of Tustna
Fantastic views over the fjord and the perfect location in the middle of nature will make your stay here unforgettable!
The house is perfect for those looking for peace and quiet, hiking or cycling.
Good fishing also comes as standard here.
The house is cosily furnished in Scandinavian style
In the house there is a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 2 additional sleeping places on the sofa bed in the living room
The kitchen is well equipped and there is satellite TV and internet.
Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine, underfloor heating.
It is suitable for 2 adults or for a family with 2 children.

Location and surroundings of object
Outside is a large terrace with a panoramic view over Trondheimsleia and the neighbouring island of Smøla. Garden furniture and barbecue are available.
Parking is possible directly in front of the house.
A boat with 17 feet / 50 hp motor belongs to the house and can be rented for 400€ if desired. Colour echo sounder with GPS and chart plotter, life jackets and sea charts are included.
It is only 80 m to the fjord, jetty and boathouse (filleting place is covered, has light and running water)
Freezer 100L in an outbuilding.
The path to the boathouse is not steep but has a slope
Shop, post office and petrol station are only 8 km away on Tustna
Interesting excursion destinations to the towns of Aure, Kristiansund, Smøla are within easy reach
There are many hiking trails in the area, all of which are well marked.

Angelurlaub
Wir sind dort zum Angeln angereist, haben aber die Unterkunft gleich wieder verlassen. Leider zeigt das Inserat viele Angler mit Fischen, also dachten wir das es auch für Angler geeignet ist. Laut Wegbeschreibung sind es 80m bis zum Boot, tatsächlich sind es aber 80 Höhenmeter, der Weg geht relativ steil bergab und ist sehr viel länger. Leider kommt der Vermieter uns nicht entgegen und zahlt uns einen Teil der Buchungssumme zurück.
Das Haus ist dennoch für Wanderer sehr gut gelegen.

a beautiful holiday home in the middle of the forest with a view of the fjord
We had a dream holiday there. The house was spotlessly clean, perfectly furnished, the heating was free and the location absolutely quiet. The landlady was very, very nice! We can recommend the house with a clear conscience.

Holiday with fishing
We rented this hytte and were more than satisfied!the house is fully equipped and has everything you need! The surroundings are amazing and you have a wonderful view from the terrace! The landlord was also very helpful and was immediately on hand if you had any questions or needed anything. A huge praise! Great holiday, great house!

Top holiday !
This was our fourth time with Svetlana and Vitali. As always, everything was very good: top instruction on the boat, fishing area and landscape. We caught twelve different types of fish and even broke the metre mark twice. A cod with 103cm and 12kg and a ling of 107cm. If you need peace and quiet and of course want to pursue your hobby, you can only recommend Haus Lunheim. Many greetings from Thuringia and see you next year from Jens, Gaby and Scäferhündin Ronja.
