Location and surroundings of object
The bungalow is located in a quiet and friendly holiday park on the west side of Lake Garda at an altitude of 500 meters above the lake. The bungalows are arranged in terraces throughout the park, which is a former orchard. The park is close to the village of Gardola, 5 minutes by car and 30 minutes on foot from the park. It borders the nature reserve Parco alto Garda. In Gardola there are delightful restaurants, a cozy bar with a terrace, shops, an ATM, a medium-sized supermarket, a gas station with a mechanic, and there are also electric charging stations in the village. In 20 minutes by car you are at the lake. In the area around the lake there are several rustic towns, markets, and beaches. On this side of Lake Garda you can also enjoy beautiful walks. Due to the stairs and the mountainous character, the park is less suitable for people who are less mobile.

| Security deposit is € 75 to be paid at the same time as the rent. The deposit will be refunded approx. 3 weeks after the end of the rental period if no special circumstances have occurred. Tourist tax is € 1,70 p.p.p.d. (from 14 years of age). Final cleaning costs € 65 per bungalow. Bed linen and/or towel sets can be rented via the landlord. Rent includes water, gas and electricity. |

Free cancellation possible up to 31 days before the arrival date.
Here is the translation to English: In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the following amounts are owed to the landlord: - 4 weeks before the start of the rental period: 50% of the total rental amount (equal to the deposit); - between 4 and 2 weeks before the start of the rental period: 75% of the total rental amount; - between 2 weeks and the day of the start of the rental period: 100% of the total rental amount. In case of cancellation, the security deposit, tourist tax, and final cleaning fee will be refunded to the tenant within 3 weeks after cancellation.

In the middle of the park, about 400 meters from the bungalow, there is a heated swimming pool (10 x 20 meters) with a children's pool and a small slide; for the very little ones there is a paddling pool. Alongside the pool there are free sunbeds with parasols and there is a sunbathing lawn. There is also a kiosk at the pool where you can buy various drinks, ice cream, and snacks.
In the middle of the park, near the pool, is the reception. Here you will be warmly welcomed and assisted by the park managers. They speak German, English, and Italian. At the reception you can find information about the area and things to do. You can also book hiking tours.
Extra service:
Washing machines and a dryer are available in the laundry room next to the reception and can be used for a small fee. The laundry room is open 24 hours. Furthermore, there is a bread roll service, a grocery service, and free rental of high chairs and children's beds.

Als Italiaanse liefhebber vieren we onze vakantie aan het Gardameer in Tignale al jaren. De eerste jaren hebben we vaak samen met onze kinderen en ons gezin gehuurd in ons Villagio di Sunclass Park, maar nu zijn we ook voor een jaar zeer trotse eigenaren van onze bungalow. Vorig jaar hebben we de bungalow gerenoveerd volgens onze wensen en met alle comfort We willen er zo vaak en zo lang mogelijk van genieten. En in de tijd dat we er niet zijn, staan we het toe aan anderen. Vrienden, familie, maar ook mensen die ons leuk vinden, genieten van deze prachtige omgeving met zeer aardige mensen. In deze omgeving voelen we ons altijd welkom. Ondanks het feit dat we er al zo lang zijn, blijven de diversiteit van de natuur, de prachtige authentieke dorpen, het water en het klimaat ons binden aan deze omgeving.
