Description
Our 55 sqm holiday flat, equipped for 2-4 people, consists of a living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and WC.
The cooking area has a ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle.
An individually adjustable large double bed ensures optimal sleeping comfort.
There is an additional bed in the bedroom for a third person.
The house has a terrace with garden furniture, playground with trampoline, parasol and barbecue
The car parking space is located directly at the holiday flat and is of course at your disposal.

Location and surroundings of object
Our holiday flat is located in the south-east of the island of Rügen.
The Baltic Sea resorts of Binz (approx. 3 km), Sellin (approx. 5 km), Baabe (approx. 6.5 km) and Göhren (approx. 10 km) with their kilometre-long sandy beaches are in the immediate vicinity. There is also plenty for the little ones to experience, the Pirate Island near Putbus, Karl's Strawberry Farm in Zirkow and the Miniature World in Gingst.
These are flanked by the extensive forest areas of the Granitz and the Baab Heath, which invite you to wonderful hiking trips!

Arrival by car:
A 19 to the Rostock junction, continue on the A 20 in an easterly direction to the Stralsund exit and then follow the signs to Rügen
Crossing the Rügen dam, you will then reach the B 96 to Bergen, then continue on the B 196 to Serams.
Arrival by train:
There are good IC connections from all over Germany to Binz station. From Binz station, take the bus to Serams.

Great accommodation
Very good holiday apartment, very nice landlords, very peaceful, very much attention to detail, very tasty fresh eggs...overall top. Thank you, we had a great vacation for years.

We spent our holiday for the second time in this super cosy, modern, clean holiday flat, felt very comfortable again and would be happy to come back any time. Our hosts are open-minded, friendly and have good tips and advice at the ready. We felt at home and would definitely recommend the holiday home 'Seramshausen' to others. Recovery from everyday life
The Hein family gave us a very friendly welcome and also said goodbye. If you need information and suggestions for your holiday on Rügen, you will receive very good and helpful information.
The holiday flat is modern and fully furnished. It is very quietly located on the outskirts of Serams and directly on the cycle path to Binz, which is only 3 km away. If you are looking for peace and relaxation from everyday life, this is the place for you. Also worth mentioning is the daily bread service, which works perfectly. All in all, this is a holiday flat that can be thoroughly recommended.

Vacation completely relaxed........
For 10 years, we have been spending our summer vacation with the Hein family. The holiday apartment is very cozy, modern, and functional. A small terrace offers the opportunity to have breakfast outdoors or even to barbecue in the evenings! In the adjacent garden, there are many utensils and opportunities that make children's eyes sparkle! Our 6-year-old son was thrilled with jumping on the trampoline and learning about animals and plants from the friendly landlord! One can safely leave brochures and maps at home, as Mr. Hein always had recommendations for day trips, attractions, and fine dining! Serams is very quiet, allowing for a pleasant relaxation from everyday life! Also highly recommended is the Binz bicycle rental Deutschmann! Here you have the option to order bikes in advance from home, which are then delivered directly to the holiday accommodation and picked up again! All in all... a wonderful vacation that lacked nothing.

Holiday & Recreation
Holiday with the Hein family, always happy to come back. The accommodation is very modernly furnished, with terrace etc. Also ideal for children, with a small play garden, where children can really let off steam (trampoline, sandpit, playhouse, swings...) It is centrally located, where you can get to Binz by bike (approx. 15 min.) but also the " Racing Roland" stops in the village. The family is very hospitable, always has an open ear & you get interesting recommendations on what to do. We are already looking forward to next year!!!!
