Villa Seaview:
In a romantic style, at the seashore, you can stay in family, double or triple rooms - of course with private bathroom with shower / WC, refrigerator, elegant marble balcony, wireless internet and parking, house library. Many of our rooms have seaview.
Shops and restaurants are in place in about 50m away. You have coffee maker, dishes and use the guest kitchen for free.
We reccommend self cathering in our resort
The marble staircase leads to the sunroof with fireplace and sun loungers and offers a unique panoramic view of Primorsko's bay, the nature reserve and the city.
Lots of light and green determine the atmosphere.
The spacious, light-flooded Foayer with fireplace and satellite TV by the garden is popular.
The fireplace under the cozy green of the fig trees, the wine and the palm trees in the rustic garden invites to barbecue and romantic evenings.

Location and surroundings of object
Villa Seeblick is situated in a quiet location, directly on the sea, surrounded by private villas and holiday homes, in a small street on the romantic peninsula of Primorsko, 60km south of Burgas airport.
Primorsko is a small town on the southern Black Sea coast of Bulgaria.
The former fishing village is surrounded on both sides by two miles of shimmering golden sandy beaches.
The selection of small restaurants, shops and entertainment is great.
The sea is clean and not dangerous.
Both guarded sandy beaches are made of gold - yellow, fine - grained sand and have a shallow gradient. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, spa, sports facilities and snacks offered.
The underwater world is very interesting and invites to amateur snorkeling and water sports.
From May to October you can relax, sunbathe and swim here.

The best way to get there is by plane to the destination Burgas. We will pick you up.
It is also possible to travel via the capital Sofia in combination with an internal flight to Burgas. The approach over Varna, Plovdiv, Istanbul is also possible.
The onward journey with rental car is comfortable.
The arrival with your own car is often used.

Beautiful feel-good holiday
Thank you very much for the wonderful holiday! We could hardly believe that we were really living in the first row by the sea and could enjoy the full view! The rooms with bathroom and balcony are super clean, there are many opportunities to settle down in the complex, for example on the roof terrace and in the courtyard, the care by the owners is great! The location is perfect, 5 minutes' walk to the beautiful sandy beach, yet a quiet location, as the house is at the end of the peninsula! We would love to come back! Highly recommended!

Excellent
We arrived at this old place, it was magical. We were received by the owners with a lot of kindness and we had a wonderful stay. It's a place that we recommend to everyone who wants to have a moment of relaxation and happiness. The setting is beautiful and it's always extremely clean. We have a view of the sea which is truly exceptional. And as a chef, I was able to appreciate the infrastructure of the kitchen, which was well equipped. Everything is there for you to have a great stay. And the welcome we received was exceptional.

very nice holiday in beautiful surroundings
We spent three wonderful and relaxing weeks with Beni and Petko at Villa Seeblick. It was our first holiday there. It could not have been more beautiful. We are thrilled and can unreservedly recommend the house with its family atmosphere. It was absolutely quiet, clean (rooms were cleaned every day), with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains, very nice and clean beach. In the village there are good restaurants, many small shops, small supermarkets, several bakers, bank etc. Beni and Petko are very kind, warm people, we felt very welcome. They recommended very nice places to visit. The museum in Primorski is also worth a visit. We will gladly come again and are already looking forward to it.

Dreamlike family holiday
We have now been guests at Villa Seeblick for 2 weeks and could not have wished for a more beautiful holiday. We have never met such hospitable and lovely people who are always there to help and advise.
We had a beautiful view of the sea. The beach, several restaurants and shopping possibilities are within a few minutes walking distance. There are so many things to do in Primorsko and the surrounding area - for young and old.
We will keep our holiday this year, dear Benni and dear Petko in good memory. It was our 1st stay, but 100% not our last.

If then only suitable for the high season
I was more or less on-site from April 23-27. The booking and payment were even made until the 28th. Unfortunately, it was so cold as there was no heating that I found a new accommodation after the 2nd night. Conversations with the landlady were futile. When returning the keys today, there was naturally no mention of a refund, even though I was only there for 2 out of 5 nights and moved out completely 1 day earlier than planned. There was no TV apart from heating. There is only one in the entrance area downstairs.
By the way, it is currently freezing cold, like the whole house.
According to the thermometer hanging next to the reception, it's 10 degrees during the day in the house, and it definitely doesn't get warmer at night :)
The only thing worth recommending is the beautiful rooftop terrace. Whether the effort is worth it, everyone has to decide for themselves. I have found a much better accommodation nearby with full amenities, and it's even cheaper.

Es freut uns, dass der Gast in diesen sehr ungewöhnlich kalten Apriltagen doch noch eine beheizte Unterkunft gefunden hat. Wir bedauern den unangekündigten Abbruch des Aufenthalts und wünschen ihm trotz der entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten eine interessante Bulgarienrundreise.
Die Lehre für uns ist: die bekanntgegebenen Betriebszeiten: ab Mai bis Ende September, einzuhalten. Wir bedanken uns für die offene Meinung.
