Villa Seaview:
In a romantic style, at the seashore, you can stay in family, double or triple rooms - of course with private bathroom with shower / WC, refrigerator, elegant marble balcony, wireless internet and parking, house library. Many of our rooms have seaview.
Shops and restaurants are in place in about 50m away. You have coffee maker, dishes and use the guest kitchen for free.
We reccommend self cathering in our resort
The marble staircase leads to the sunroof with fireplace and sun loungers and offers a unique panoramic view of Primorsko's bay, the nature reserve and the city.
Lots of light and green determine the atmosphere.
The spacious, light-flooded Foayer with fireplace and satellite TV by the garden is popular.
The fireplace under the cozy green of the fig trees, the wine and the palm trees in the rustic garden invites to barbecue and romantic evenings.

Location and surroundings of object
Villa Seeblick is situated in a quiet location, directly on the sea, surrounded by private villas and holiday homes, in a small street on the romantic peninsula of Primorsko, 60km south of Burgas airport.
Primorsko is a small town on the southern Black Sea coast of Bulgaria.
The former fishing village is surrounded on both sides by two miles of shimmering golden sandy beaches.
The selection of small restaurants, shops and entertainment is great.
The sea is clean and not dangerous.
Both guarded sandy beaches are made of gold - yellow, fine - grained sand and have a shallow gradient. There are beach chairs, umbrellas, spa, sports facilities and snacks offered.
The underwater world is very interesting and invites to amateur snorkeling and water sports.
From May to October you can relax, sunbathe and swim here.

The best way to get there is by plane to the destination Burgas. We will pick you up.

Excellent
We arrived at this old place, it was magical. We were received by the owners with a lot of kindness and we had a wonderful stay. It's a place that we recommend to everyone who wants to have a moment of relaxation and happiness. The setting is beautiful and it's always extremely clean. We have a view of the sea which is truly exceptional. And as a chef, I was able to appreciate the infrastructure of the kitchen, which was well equipped. Everything is there for you to have a great stay. And the welcome we received was exceptional.

very nice holiday in beautiful surroundings
We spent three wonderful and relaxing weeks with Beni and Petko at Villa Seeblick. It was our first holiday there. It could not have been more beautiful. We are thrilled and can unreservedly recommend the house with its family atmosphere. It was absolutely quiet, clean (rooms were cleaned every day), with a beautiful view of the sea and the mountains, very nice and clean beach. In the village there are good restaurants, many small shops, small supermarkets, several bakers, bank etc. Beni and Petko are very kind, warm people, we felt very welcome. They recommended very nice places to visit. The museum in Primorski is also worth a visit. We will gladly come again and are already looking forward to it.

Dreamlike family holiday
We have now been guests at Villa Seeblick for 2 weeks and could not have wished for a more beautiful holiday. We have never met such hospitable and lovely people who are always there to help and advise.
We had a beautiful view of the sea. The beach, several restaurants and shopping possibilities are within a few minutes walking distance. There are so many things to do in Primorsko and the surrounding area - for young and old.
We will keep our holiday this year, dear Benni and dear Petko in good memory. It was our 1st stay, but 100% not our last.

Wenn dann nur für die Hauptsaison geeignet
Ich war vom 23 -27 April mehr oder weniger Vorort. Gebucht und bezahlt war sogar bis zum 28ten.
Leider war es so kalt, da keine Heizung vorhanden, dass ich mir schon nach der 2ten Nacht eine neue Unterkunft parallel gesucht habe. Gespräche mit der Vermieterin waren sinnlos.
Bei der Schlüsselabgabe heute war dann natürlich auch in keinester Weise die Rede von einer Rückerstattung. Obwohl ich von 5 Nächten nur 2 dort war und sogar 1 Tag früher als geplant komplett ausgezogen bin.
Fernseher gabs ausser Heizung übrigens auch nicht. Es steht nur einer unten im Eingangsbereich.
Der übrigens zur Zeit auch arschkalt ist, wie das ganze Haus.
Laut Thermometer das unten neben der Rezeption hängt sind es tagsüber 10 Grad im Haus und Nachts wird es bestimmt nicht wärmer :)
Einzig zu empfehlen ist die schöne Dachterrasse. Ob sich dafür der Aufwand lohnt, muss jeder selbst entscheiden.
Ich habe ganz in der Nähe eine deutlich bessere Unterkunft mit Vollausstattung und sogar billiger gefunden.

Das Haus ist für den Sommerbetrieb ausgerichtet.
Es freut uns, dass der Gast in diesen sehr ungewöhnlich kalten Apriltagen doch noch eine beheizte Unterkunft gefunden hat. Wir bedauern den unangekündigten Abbruch des Aufenthalts und wünschen ihm trotz der entstandenen Unannehmlichkeiten eine interessante Bulgarienrundreise.
Die Lehre für uns ist: die bekanntgegebenen Betriebszeiten: ab Mai bis Ende September, einzuhalten. Wir bedanken uns für die offene Meinung.

Always again
Hello, we have been going to Benni and Petko for 15 years, with 2-3 interruptions, and are looking forward to going again this year. You get a warm welcome, like in a family. It's very informal there and you have a lot of fun. You get to know people and make new friends.
You don't need TV there, you have everything on site. You are in the holiday area and still away from the hustle and bustle.
We are already looking forward to going there again

Piękne Primorsko
Gorąco polecam gospodarze zawsze służą radą, czysto, piękne widoki z tarasu, cisza, bardzo korzystne położenie budynku. Primorsko to piekny kurort, na miejscu jest wszystko super restauracje z pysznym jedzeniem i bardzo tanio co nas zaskoczyło... Plaże cudne pelno miejsca... Atrakcje wodne i nie tylko... Piekna promenada prowadząca z jednej plaży na druga... Plaża północna najlepsza... Zabawa z falami.. Ach.. Juz tęsknię... Szkoda ze wszystko co super szybko się kończy.... Polecam na pewno jeszcze wrócimy do primorska i uroczego apartamentu... Pozdrawiamy

pure hospitality
We had an unforgettable vacation with Beni and Petko. I especially want to mention that this almost wouldn't have been the case, as a previous review that mentioned noise and disco music almost deterred us from booking.
We heard the disco one Saturday night out of the three, but all the other nights were quiet, except for the sound of the waves, as they can only be in such a place.
The afternoons on the rooftop terrace or chatting at the BBQ were beautiful, and Petko treated us to a dream day with the instruction and preparation of the self-caught mussels. A favorite spot was the mussel beach, which we visited several times with the bikes we brought.

Great vacation, always worth a trip.
We can recommend the landlords and the accommodation with a clear conscience. The accommodation is very tidy and clean. The landlords speak German and always have an open ear and great suggestions for excursions and interesting things in the area and are helpful with all concerns. We had a very nice vacation here and would love to come back.

"... for young people who are not bothered by continuous disco sounds from all surrounding sources and at the beach.
The house itself is excellently managed, a family-run business that is hard to find nowadays. The multilingualism of the owners, who make a great effort to take care of the guests, is a big advantage. Unfortunately, the beauty of the location has suffered from the extremely commercialized environment.
The house itself is very well maintained, the rooms are nice to very nice, and the facilities are very good. I can recommend the house in Primorsko to everyone who is not bothered by the all-encompassing disco sound during high season. However, during the off-peak season, it is populated by regular guests who have practically occupied it for themselves."

Our dream house by the sea!
Of course, we are spending - as we have for the past 10 years - our dream vacation at Villa Seeblick.
After a long search, my wife (and I too) found "her house by the sea". We have never had any reason to complain. We feel at home with Beni, Petko, and their family. Accommodation, restaurants, sea, beach - everything is perfect. We are already looking forward to June 2010!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Beste Lage direkt an der Steilküste. Über ein paar Treppen geht es zum flach abfallenden Sandstrand.
free time activities: Bootsfahrten am Ropotamo ins Naturschutzgebiet bzw. bis zur Mündung ins Schwarze Meer. Herrliche Wandermöglichkeiten,der Hausherr ist "Einheimischer" und gibt gerne Auskunft über Freizeitmöglichkeiten (natürlich in Deutsch) und kann herrliche Geschichten erzählen.
shopping facilities: Einkaufsläden gleich ums Eck. Man bekommt alles im Supermarkt. Selbst kochen lohnt aber nicht. Tipp: Essen gehen- oder auf Dachterasse bzw. grünen Innenhof grillen.
