**note: a development is planned on the large meadow towards the dyke. WITHIN THE LAST 15 MONTHS, WORK HAS TAKEN PLACE THERE IN APPROX. 3-4 WEEKS WORK TOOK PLACE. THE REST OF THE TIME EVERYTHING WAS AT A STANDSTILL, AS IT IS NOW. NEVERTHELESS, OF COURSE, WE WOULD LIKE TO POINT OUT THAT WORK COULD THEORETICALLY BE RESUMED. (21.08.2022) FROM 15 MARCH TO 31 OCTOBER THERE WILL BE STRICT REST PERIODS FROM 13-15 HRS AND FROM 19-08 HRS. The building plot is on the side of the house entrance, behind our car park. The balcony and garden, however, are on the protected, sunny rear side of the house!
Welcome to the "Seepark Loft"! Here is just the right place for everyone (including dog lovers** and allergy sufferers***) to really enjoy the most beautiful time of the year. Let yourself be captivated by the wonderfully bright, sunny flat dominated by the large window front. Modern, well-maintained and tastefully, well-equipped, this is how your holiday home presents itself to you for a perfect holiday.
Enjoy being together in the spacious living room, from which you can go out onto the sunny balcony with beach chair. End your holiday day in the fresh North Sea air, on the sunny balcony with beach chair and furniture*! And spend the night in one of the loft's two inviting bedrooms, which are furnished with high-quality box-spring beds. There is one bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200), in which a baby travel cot can be placed if required. The second spacious bedroom is equipped with 3 single beds (90 x 200). Of course, food should not be neglected, so the kitchen is equipped with all the necessities: dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine (filter coffee), toaster, kettle, large fridge, freezer, sufficient crockery, children's tableware, a Frisian tea warmer...
Usable common facilities are
a) A large, lockable bicycle room with charging station for e-bikes.
b) A separate laundry room with a washing machine and dryer. Both appliances work with coin-operated machines (3€ each)
c) A large car park with 2 parking spaces at your disposal
*Due to the weather, the garden furniture is only on the balcony during the summer months
**In principle, we always welcome dogs by arrangement! However, we ask for your understanding that we do not accept puppies & young dogs under one year of age. Together with our valued cleaners, we have also made the compromise of no longer accepting dog breeds that were often particularly difficult to clean. These include, for example, Leonbergers and Bernese Mountain Dogs. We ask for your understanding that we want to keep our word in this regard. Therefore, please inform us of the age and breed of the dog when making your enquiry. We also ask you to ensure that your departure is swept clean and, if necessary, to sweep, vacuum or mop before departure.
**We attach great importance to the avoidance of dust and dirt traps when furnishing all domiciles.
You will not find dusty and stained fabric sofas, beds and carpets with us! All floors are wipeable, all furniture is made of wood, glass or covered with leather and therefore easy to clean, and all mattresses are covered with wipeable slipcovers.

Holiday atmosphere at "Seepark Hoosksiel
Our "Seepark Hooksiel" is a spacious property on which several holiday homes stand together. The houses are surrounded by a unique holiday atmosphere and spacious, communal green areas. The property is largely surrounded by fences, Frisian walls and hedges that create privacy. You will not find a disturbing road or public footpaths along the house! The property has a communal parking area with 2 parking spaces. Close the car door and enjoy your holiday!
The surroundings
The old dike of Hooksiel is only a few steps away. From there, many beautiful cycle paths lead through the recreational area 'Hooksmeer' to the beach. On your way you will pass several boat harbours, a sailing school, the pedal boat rental, tennis courts, the horse racing track, the surfing bays and the water ski lift with restaurant. You can also walk along the top of the old dike directly to the North Sea. In the opposite direction, the dike leads you directly to the old harbour and thus right into the centre of Hooksiel.

Cosy, inviting, modern & beautiful
We enjoyed a wonderful and relaxing week in the Seepark-Loft and will definitely do it again. The flat is exactly as described, the pictures show what you get. Personally, we immediately felt at home in the holiday flat, which is decorated in beautiful, warm colours. The landlords and staff are friendly, helpful and made us feel welcome. Everything was clean, modern and of very high quality. It was also nice to be able to use the surrounding garden. Our favourite part of the flat was the balcony with beach chair thanks to the great weather. We would like to thank you for all your efforts and would love to spend our next holiday with you again.
