Villa Caprivi is located on the car-free beach promenade, surrounded by magnificent villas on the most beautiful stretch of beach between the piers of Ahlbeck and Heringsdorf. The powderlike sand with beach chairs is just a few steps in front of the house, it couldn't be more convenient. The seaside resort of Heringsdorf is once again one of the most fashionable places on the island of Usedom, as it was at the turn of the century. The fine sandy beach is 42 km long and can be walked all the way to Swinemünde in Poland.

Cancellation terms:
A free cancellation is possible up to 10 weeks before the rental begins without stating any reasons. Deposits made will be refunded. If the guest cancels the lease thereafter, the damage incurred must be compensated. The tenant must pay the entire agreed rent if it is not possible to rent out the house to someone else for the same period.
