Great house with modern amenities
We felt very comfortable here. Everything is very clean and modernly furnished. It's great that there is an air conditioning unit in every room. This allows you to easily heat the rooms briefly on cooler days if needed. In summer, it’s probably perfect for cooling down. I can recommend it without reservation.

The house was generally okay, but the bathroom was a disaster.
I have been going to Spain for several years and always rent a holiday home; I have also been to Vinaros twice before. I think I am not a fussy person and have never had anything major to complain about the holiday homes. This holiday home is fine so far; the location is close to the gravel beach and is suitable if you have a dog. The furnishings could use some updating; I mean the pots and the cutlery. Unfortunately, there is too little available, and the pots and the pan are old, dented, and the bottom of the pan is completely warped. However, what was an absolute disaster was the bathroom. The grout in the shower is black and coming apart, and the window frame in the shower was also partially black. I would simply say that this has never been properly cleaned and maintained. The water in the shower did not drain properly, so you always stood in your own shower water with your feet; this should have been noticed during cleaning. We bought a drain cleaner, and lo and behold, the water drained again. It's a shame that you can't upload pictures here to show that I'm really not exaggerating. The landlord definitely needs to provide a remedy here. The sofa in the living room is rock hard, and the armchair has already been patched; something new could be purchased for that as well. The landlord may not be responsible for the constant barking of the neighbor's dog, but it should still be mentioned. I am also surprised that there are no reviews for this holiday home yet. I'm sorry, but in this condition, I cannot recommend this house.

Hallo liebe Mieter,
das tut mir leid dass Sie Probleme mit dem Bad haben. Da wir eine Putzfrau haben die nach jedem Wechsel das Haus - einschließlich Bad - gründlich reinigt kann ich diese Problematik leider nicht nachvollziehen. Möglicherweise befinden sich im den Fugen Sandreste vom Strand die nicht ordentlich entfernt wurden. Auf alle Fälle werde ich Ihre Beschwerde an unsere Putzfrau sofort weitergeben und bei den nächsten Mietern nach dem Zustand des Badezimmers befragen. Bisher gab es hinsichtlich des Bades keine einzige Beschwerde, zumal ich selbst mehrmals im Jahr vor Ort bin.
