This is a privately rented holiday home directly on Lake Plätlin. The house has a living area of 74 sqm and is located on a 1300 sqm plot, which borders directly on the lake. It has two bedrooms, each with a double bed (in one bedroom there is another single bed), a living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a large terrace with a view of the lake, a bathroom with shower and a small bathtub, which is more suitable for children and teenagers. There are TVs in the living room and in each of the bedrooms. The rental property also includes the jetty and a fishing barge. Both are included in the price. The property is ideal for anglers and nature lovers. Electric motor can be rented. Internal combustion engines are not allowed on the 316 ha lake.

Location and surroundings of object
The house is right on the lake on a hill. (About 50m from the lake), sitting on the terrace, you have a great view of the lake and its inhabitants. Object belongs to the boat dock and a fishing boat that can be used for free. The site lies outside the village in a cottage-colony. Your car can be parked on the property, of course.

I would definitely like to point out that the two bedrooms are on the upper floor. The toilet is on the ground floor. The electricity costs are charged separately. In the months of May to October we only rent by the week, otherwise the minimum rental period is 5 days. An electric boat motor can be rented for a fee. Bed linen on request for a fee. Canoe and SUP rental is also possible.
If you would like to be at Plätlinsee in the cooler months, please call us in advance and discuss your stay with us. During this time, electricity costs will of course increase considerably if the terrace is also to be heated. However, we always find an agreement.
