The holiday home Latus is situated in a dreamlike location, surrounded by agricultural land, on a 1200 m2 plot on the outskirts of Übersaxen. Due to its altitude (1000 metres) it is mostly above the fog line. Several hiking trails lead you directly from the house to the surrounding mountains, forests and gorges.

Beautiful house with a great view
We had a lovely weekend in this house, enjoyed the views from the Säntis to Lake Constance and spent the evenings by the fireplace. The surrounding area also invites you to go hiking (and skiing, if there is snow, then it's only 500 m to the lift). Fresh eggs are around the corner and the supermarket in town has everything you need. We will be happy to come back! Many thanks also to the very friendly contact with the landlady, where everything also worked out great!

Dreamlike location

shopping facilities: 1 Lebensmittelgeschäft in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen; ansonsten 10 Minuten mit dem Auto bis Rankweil (viele Geschäfte)

great house, we were thrilled
This was the most beautiful holiday home we have booked in the last 20 years. What we appreciated so much:
a/ the landlords were extremely friendly and left us completely alone. Only when we needed them, they were there immediately
b/ The view is simply magnificent. We enjoyed these views every day.
c/ The walks were great. Especially the "Üble Schlucht" which we could do from the house was very good for us and our children.
d/ The surroundings are very interesting. You can visit 4 countries in a very short distance (Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Southern Germany and of course Vorarlberg/Austria)
e/ The "Bregenz Festival" on Lake Constance is a must. If it is not festival time, a visit to this stage is also worth seeing. In addition, the inns in Rankweil were really very good
All in all, simply a really recommendable thing to do! The price/performance ratio is very good. We felt at home in this house from the very beginning!

Vicinity of the holiday home: wie oben gesagt, tolle Umgebung, sowohl in Übersaxen selbst, wie ind er Umgebung ( 4 Länder).
free time activities: viele Wanderungen möglich. Überraschend viel Kultur, schöne Städte ( Feldkirch, vaduz, Bregenz, Lindau, St. Gallen, Basilika Rankweil, etc.)
shopping facilities: Im Ort selbst ist ein Einkaufsmarkt ( klein - aber oho), dann in Rankweil viele gute Geschäfte

great house with super view
We felt wonderful in this house, where we stayed all by ourselves. The landlords are very nice people who were happy to give us tips. The location is simply amazing. Without exaggeration, you can see into 4 (!!) countries: Austria, of course, then Switzerland, Liechtenstein and, very tiny, Germany (Lake Constance).
The hikes are great. We also enjoyed Rankweil and Feldklrch very much. The gastronomy in Rankweil is also really very good.

Vicinity of the holiday home: wunderbar, mitten in den Alpen
free time activities: die muss man selbst suchen, was auch gut ist. Nicht vergessen: bregenzer festspiele!!!
shopping facilities: In 5 Minuten Fussgang ist eins ehr ordentliches Lebensmittelgeschäft. Alles Weitere erhällst Du in Rankweil (6 km)
