...when choosing our accommodation at Lake Garda: Everything done right !!!

Our ground floor apartment with a covered terrace (balcony above), beautiful view of the garden and the lake was spacious and bright, the equipment was very good, there were even hooks for towels or washcloths in the bathroom! The double beds in the bedrooms were sufficiently large, but very firm. But the best part was the care provided by the kind landlord, who - even though she does not live on the premises and has a young child - was available on site multiple times daily, took care of everything, and was reachable via WhatsApp almost at any time of the day or night, responding to questions. Having guests again and organizing everything accordingly in these first days after the tourism hiatus due to Corona was truly not easy! The path down to the lake (free access to the water) is short (barely 5 minutes down) but steep (10 minutes up!). When we come back to Lake Garda, we will definitely stay at Villa Gaia again!

Staying here after the first hard lockdown felt like a gift.

Although the pool may not be used yet, we are completely satisfied in every other aspect, especially the personal and considerate care of the guests by the hostess was exceptional.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnungen

We had a very nice holiday at Villa Gaia, the room is very beautiful and has a nice little kitchen where you can prepare your own food. The town of Malcesine is easily accessible on foot, and the beach is also very close if you go down a steep staircase. But you have to climb back up again ;-) The pool is also very nice. The hostess is very polite and accommodating. There are some very nice restaurants in the area. It was a nice stay all around.

Gladly again!

We had a great holiday at Villa Gaia. Gaia is very friendly and always available for questions/problems. The flat is equipped with everything you need. It takes about half an hour to walk to the town centre. The lake can be reached in 5 minutes via a steep path. The grounds, the pool and the flat were well kept and clean
We will gladly come back.

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub

We spent 2 weeks as a group of three (2 adults, 1 child) in apartment No. 5, and we felt very comfortable. It is not a problem to walk to the lake or to the old town. The small pool and the entire complex are very well-maintained.

Very nice rental, great location.

Super uncomplicated handling. Very friendly and attentive landlady, present on-site daily and always helpful. Well-kept property, the main building is a beautiful villa in a wonderful location, a steep path leads to the lake in just 5 minutes and the town center is also easily reachable on foot in about 20 minutes. Our holiday apartment was in the outbuilding, simple equipment. What was great about the bungalow was the beautiful private terrace, great for relaxing. We will gladly come back.

Traumlage in Malcesine

We spent a week in Apartment 6 on the upper floor. The view from the small balconies of the mountains and the lake is fantastic. The apartment is simply furnished but clean. The landlady is on-site daily and very nice. After swimming in the lake, a further cooling option is offered in the well-kept pool. Malcesine has a beautiful old town and incredibly many restaurants. The beach and the center are quickly reachable by bike.

Schöner Familienurlaub

We had a very nice holiday. The holiday apartment is very clean and cozy. The apartment is also very well equipped for Italy. If something is missing, the very nice landlady is always approachable. The pool was completely sufficient for us and our children (9 and 11). Since the complex only has 8 apartments, it was always quiet and relaxed by the pool. An ideal place to rest after an excursion, with a beautiful view of Monte Baldo and the paragliders. Around the apartment there is plenty to experience even without the car. The surf school can be reached in a few minutes via the steep path to the lake. A German-speaking surf course with the rugged cliffs on the side of Limone and Monte Baldo on the other - a fabulous backdrop from the lake - is highly recommended. Limone is worth a visit and Malcesine is within walking distance, enticing with a great old town, the castle, and good restaurants. One week was far too short. The children did not want to leave.

super holiday

we were there in August and had a super nice holiday. Mrs. Gaia was immediately available to help with any questions. It was a super well-kept complex, super well-kept flat and super nice people there. it is kept familiar and you can spend a nice quiet holiday there.
We will gladly come back next year

Dream holiday at Villa Gaia

We stayed at Villa Gaia for 2 weeks in August. Especially pleasant is the location with the wonderful view over the lake and the olive trees, the very well maintained pool and the beautiful grounds.
The flat also had everything you need for a relaxing, uncomplicated holiday. The lake can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, Malcesine in 20 minutes. Everything is fantastic, many thanks again to the landlady and her attentive family.

Vacation with the Benedeti family

Spent a lovely holiday. The Benedeti family is such a great family. Unfortunately, there were some important details missing for me in the holiday home. Among other things, the coffee machine is too small (filter size 1x2), no toaster (only a sandwich toaster), toilet paper holder missing in the bathroom, fixed hooks for hand and bath towels.

Simply dreamlike

We were allowed to use the wonderful facility with 2 people + dog for 2 weeks. Everything was just great. The Benedetti family was always there with help and advice. Everything was in top condition.
We felt really comfortable and also recovered well.

We can only warmly recommend "Villa Gaia".

Very nice apartment with a great view.

The Villa Gaia was recommended to us by a colleague. Otherwise, we probably would not have found it in the thicket of many holiday home offers. The house, the small pool, and the green areas are lovingly maintained. Everything is very clean, very tidy, and quiet. Those who are not impressed by the narrow access road will feel well taken care of there. Impressive is the beautiful panoramic view of the lake and the surrounding mountains. We especially enjoyed the warm welcome from our landlords, who were always available during our entire 14-day stay and kindly helped us whenever we had questions. The restaurant recommendations should be followed. You can eat well almost everywhere, but the restaurants nearby are easily accessible in a few minutes and really good! The town of Malcesine itself can be reached on foot in a few minutes. There are two possible paths: a very steep trail for people who are fit and good on foot, and a longer one that leads into town along the road and is easy to walk. Those who are lazy can also drive, but we enjoyed walking more. We even did our shopping at the "Eurospar" in the city center on foot. The shuttle service is not that bad, and with the small tourist bus that circulates through the city once an hour, you can get very close to Villa Gaia for one euro (purchase ticket at the tourist information office) per person.
The old town of Malcesine has a very special charm. You can wander around for days and always find new beautiful corners. Food and drinks included.
We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back!

A fantastic location with a view of the lake from the balcony. The landlady is very accommodating and always helpful. The way to the town is very close, about 10 minutes, and it's only a few minutes to the lake. We have been there for the third time already and can only wholeheartedly recommend it!! We will come back!

absolute dream vacation

Lovely holiday domicile in the middle of an olive grove

Tender and reality match 100 percent. The surroundings of the facility are beautiful with many olive trees. The new building has four apartments, each with a slightly different layout (bedrooms). Inquire when booking. There are a total of eight apartments on the property. But it's not a problem at all.

Dreamy oasis of tranquility.

Villa Gaia is beautifully and lovingly designed. Newly built house with a Mediterranean flair. Absolutely clean and appealing. Family-run, therefore very warm care. Fantastic location with lake view. Each apartment has its own small seating area. On the 1st floor, there is a rooftop terrace. Opposite the small complex, there is a steep path that leads directly down to the lake, about 150-200 m away. Everything as described! To the town approximately 1.5 km. Ideal also as a starting point for hikes. - Cable car to Monte Baldo. Both approximately. reachable in 15 minutes. Shopping opportunities within the same distance. Spar & bakery. Family-run service, therefore very heartfelt care. Ideal for dog owners. You can walk your dog directly from Villa Gaia on an unused (only residents 2 houses) paved path. Gastronomy not used. Vacation rental - very well equipped. Very nice pool with loungers. Rooms newly furnished. Very nice bathroom! 1.40 m beds, also new & comfortable!

Eine schöne Woche in Malcesine

We were welcomed very kindly, the apartment was nice and comfortable (bedroom, bathroom) to functional (kitchen/living room), only the fact that there were no coat hooks and no shelf in the shower (where to put shower gel, soap, etc.) was somewhat annoying. Those who sleep on the sofa must like soft sleeping. (Apartment No. 1 G, 2 rooms) And one should not be bothered by animal noises, the neighbor has an impressive menagerie to offer. The property is beautiful, the location is still quite close to the city (20 min. on foot), next to a highly recommended "Agriturismo" where you can eat very well.

Very beautiful facility, highly recommended.

We are very satisfied with Villa Gaia. Not luxury apartments, but clean and functional. All apartments have a small balcony. Shower and bathroom are very good. The pool is small but nice. The family is very nice and helpful. The garden is large and well-maintained and available for everyone to use.

top bathing vacation at Lake Garda

It was a wonderful beach holiday with my family; the children are 5 and 6 years old. The apartment's equipment is quite new, and everything is available. If something is missing, there is always someone at the house as described. Barbecue facilities are also available. You feel at home. 100% recommendation, absolutely brilliant. Great lake view.

Vacation 2010 Apartment No. 3

The landlords are very friendly and set up an extra table with a sun umbrella for us, as dining in the apartment with 5 people would have been a bit tight.

The accommodation is fine so far, if it weren't for the direct neighbor. From 4:30 am every day, our night's rest was over. Either due to the crowing of roosters, or because of the smell of goats, chickens, cows, or pigs. But the worst thing was that we were awoken every morning because the neighbor had made a fire, and the smoke entered our apartment No. 3. Black smoke is definitely not health-promoting, and that's how we felt. At 40 degrees, we had to keep the windows closed or get up in the morning to "beat" the neighbor.
There is nothing wrong with the accommodation itself, but it is located more than 10 minutes away from Malcesine.
