This luxury holiday flat in Haren (Ems) is only 1500m from the children's paradise Ferienzentrum Schloss Dankern and the associated bathing lake/Dankernsee. The holiday and golf park Gut Düneburg with an 18-hole championship golf course is 1600m away. This holiday flat is on the first floor of a house consisting of two flats, which offers children enough space to play freely and parents peace and quiet to relax on a plot of approx. 2500m2. The luxury flat, which was renovated in 2007, is over 100m2 in size and offers space for 4-8 people. It has its own separate entrance area. All rooms are fully furnished with high quality furniture. There are three bedrooms (2 of which have access to the balcony). In addition to the total of 8 beds, there is also a baby cot. The noble bathroom with marble floor tiles has a WC, urinal, shower and a double washbasin. The modern kitchen is integrated into the living/dining area and makes cooking and eating together fun and enjoyable for everyone. The roof terrace of approx. 20m2, which leads off from the kitchen/living/dining area, invites you to take all your meals under the open sky. The living and dining area is also equipped with high-quality designer furniture (Baidani leather sofa set). After the eventful days, plasma TVs with digital SAT TV, DVD players with Dolby Digital Surround System, internet access via WLAN, etc. are available for relaxation.

The holiday centre Schloß Dankern and the bathing lake/Dankernsee are 1500m and the golf course 1600m from the holiday home.
A cycle path is directly in front of the house. The state-recognised resort of Haren with its numerous leisure and shopping facilities is 4 km away. The motorway connection to the A31 is 5 km from the house. In addition to the many amenities offered by this holiday home, a family holiday in Haren (Ems) also means an active holiday for the whole family. The children's paradise of the holiday centre Schloß Dankern with its many leisure facilities will certainly contribute to this. There are huge playgrounds, a swimming pool with a large water slide, the Topas fun pool, the covered playland, a high ropes course, the new wooden roller coaster, the Dragoburg, a go-cart track, to name but a few of the attractions. In addition, there is of course the large bathing lake / Dankernsee with its long bathing beach / sandy beach, a surfing school, a diving school, water skiing, pedal boat rental, which will leave nothing to be desired for a successful summer holiday for adults or children. There is also an indoor swimming pool and wave pool in Haren. Another highlight close to this holiday home is the Gut Düneburg golf park. Embedded in varied landscapes, the golf courses provide space for practising, for training and on the 18-hole championship course for playing out. The more than 400 km of signposted hiking and cycling trails and the many riding stables contribute to a varied holiday. Beautiful apartment, with everything you need... great property, with a huge green area, a pond, and beautiful flower beds, as well as ponies and a dog... Large trampoline and swings... We will come back.

High-quality equipped holiday apartment, offering all the amenities one could wish for a relaxing holiday. The apartment was in a clean and very well-maintained condition. The kitchen is comprehensively equipped. The landlords were very friendly. We felt very comfortable.
