Relax at Lake Balaton, go fishing, enjoy the sun and the incomparable nature! Only 60 metres from the beach of the beautiful Lake Balaton, our two flats are located in a quiet environment, which is also ideal for family holidays, as even the smallest children can play freely in the garden, which is enclosed by a fence. The two holiday flats are also suitable for a relaxing holiday in the early and late season, as they have central heating. For this time, we especially recommend a visit to the nearby spa and adventure pool.

| We only rent for a minimum of 1 week in the high season (July and August), with a change of consecutive guests on Saturday. From the age of 18, an additional visitor's tax of EUR 1.50 per person per day must be paid. The seasonal price is valid for up to 4 persons. The price per additional person / extra bed is EUR 8 per day. If you want to use the air conditioning, you have to pay an additional 2 euros per day. The use of WLAN and TV as well as the costs for bed linen, towels and the final cleaning are included. |

Holiday trip
We arrived and were greeted in a friendly manner on the second day by the hosts, who gave us a homemade Hungarian goulash that tasted very good
The flat was very clean and spacious. I can only recommend it.
I will certainly come back and look forward to my next stay

It is a very nice house and it is located directly on the water in a quiet location in the city to siofok takes about 12 minutes on foot where there are numerous shopping opportunities. The equipment of the house is ok you have everything you need the landlords are very nice and very child friendly. For the children there are many toys in the garden. We had a very nice holiday and can only highly recommend this house.

Ferienwohnung
We had a wonderful holiday with the Merz family in Siofok. Our vacation rental on the ground floor had two rooms (beds, closets, TV, and balcony), a kitchen (with fridge, microwave, two hotplates, and dishes), a bathroom (with toilet and shower), a hallway, and a terrace. The Merz family was very friendly and always available for conversations and questions! This vacation is best suited for travel by car, as shopping opportunities and sightseeing are not within walking distance and train travel would consume a lot of time.
Thank you again to the Merz family! Maybe we'll see you again!

Vicinity of the holiday home: Das Ferienhaus liegt direkt am Balaton.Einfach über die Straße und schon ist man am Wasser. Klasse!!!
free time activities: Cirka eine Stunde Autofahrt entfernt liegt im Ort Vesprem ein wunderschöner Zoo!
shopping facilities: Es sind ca. 10-15min. bis in die Stadt,wo viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt (Spar,Aldi,New Yorker, die Post,Einkaufsstraße/Markt, Mc Donalds usw.) jeden morgen haben wir uns Brötchen aus einem kleinen Laden von ca.15min Gehweg geholt.
