Location and surroundings of object
The clearly arranged apartment complex "De Vleijenhof" is situated in the quiet, wooded part of the "Vleijen". It is located on the "Zwarteweg", just behind the last chain of dunes on Ameland, about 500 m from the 25 km long sandy beach. Three quarters of an hour's drive across the Wadden Sea and you are in another world: , an island in the mudflats with peace, spaciousness and fresh air. A piece of living history in untouched nature. In the nature areas you will find endless plants and , cycling or just quietly watching the spectacle of the clouds you can go fishing, horse riding, parachute jumping and excursions. Ameland also offers a swimming paradise with sauna, a 9-hole golf course, tennis courts, various museums and galleries. The ferry to Ameland departs from Holwerd. The crossing takes 45 minutes. From on board you can enjoy the mudflats: the ever-changing tides, sandbanks, birds and seals lying in the sun. To transport your car on the ferry, you should book a place in advance with the shipping company Wagenborg (+31-519-546111 >>>
Once you have arrived on the island, you can enjoy your holiday without any worries. It is not for nothing that this island is called the "Wadden diamond". There is more than enough peace, space and fresh air. The informal flair and the hospitable inhabitants make up the special charm of this island.

Totally dirty apartment.
The apartment we found was very dirty. Fingerprints everywhere from the previous tenant, kitchenette not cleaned, dirty dishes, dirty toilet, yellowed and sweaty pillows, all this during the Corona time. It's a shame that you can't post pictures on this platform. No understanding from the landlord or management.

In der Tat ist bei der Reinigung etwas schiefgegangen. Leider hat der Mieter dies erst Ende der Woche angegeben. Auf diese Weise konnten wir es nicht sofort lösen (was wir sofort getan hätten) und es hätte weniger Irritation gegeben. Herr hat die Reinigungskosten erstattet bekommen. Wir haben alle Fragen ordentlich beantwortet.

Die Wohnung die wir vorgefunden haben war sehr verdreckt. Überall Fingerabdrücke vom Vorgänger, Küchenzeile nicht gereinigt, verdreckter Teller, Toilette verdreckt, gelbe voll geschwitzt der Kopfkissen, und dieses in der Corona Zeit. Schade dass man in diesem Portal keine Bilder einsetzen kann.Keine Einsicht vom Vermieter oder Verwaltung.
