In almost secluded cottage is situated on our private mountain Ulrich, Near Grafling, Deggendorf district, with stunning panoramic views. To 62 sqm of living space spread a comfortably furnished living and dining room with satellite TV, DVD player and radio, 2 bedrooms, one with double bed, a small, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave and a bathroom with shower and toilet. From the living room or from the outside that opens onto a large covered balcony / patio with rustic furniture, from which one if the weather has a fantastic view. The 3300 square meters large, landscaped garden with pine trees, offers relaxation and peace and quiet. The garden is barely visible from the street, also, the entire property fenced. The home has a garage. A table tennis table and various bikes (please order in advance) are available. Our house is suitable for max. 4 persons. Free overcrowding with infant in a cot available. Our house is located in Castle Wood and belongs to the Earl Ling. Grafling in turn is part of the district Deggendorf. Burgholz consists of only 4 houses and is surrounded by forest. Vacation with family
We had a wonderful week at the holiday home Simbeck, everything fit, the weather was nice, the house is very beautiful, everything you need is there. The landlords are very nice. It is beautiful and quiet, great for relaxing, Deggendorf is just a few kilometers away. Excursion destinations are also quickly reachable. The holiday home is 100% recommendable.

bavarian rustic and a dream for dog (owners)
The location is top, with sensational far-reaching views. The road passing by has little traffic and is absolutely not disturbing. Since the property is completely fenced, dogs and their owners are completely relaxed. In about 10 minutes drive (by car) you are in Deggendorf, where all needs are quickly satisfied. If you are looking for the quintessential Bavarian rustic, this is the place for you.
The house and the property are clean and there are accessories for all kinds of leisure activities. Furthermore, there is a very detailed information booklet in the house and the landlords can be reached by phone at any time. Wishes are always taken care of.
Unfortunately, we have to deduct one point for two reasons. Firstly, there are no basic foodstuffs in the house (not even salt and pepper). So you have to buy the most natural things yourself, which is not so bad, but we have not experienced this in Lower Bavaria before. And secondly, the bathroom needs a basic renovation. A lot could be done with little money and effort. The state of the art is from the nineties.
Nevertheless, we would recommend this accommodation at any time and would gladly book it again

Das Haus und das Grundstück ist sauber und es ist Zubehör für alle möglichen Freizeitaktivitäten vorhanden. Des Weiteren ist im Haus ein sehr ausführliches Infoheft vorhanden und die Vermieter jederzeit telefonisch erreichbar. Auf Wünsche wird jederzeit eingegangen.
Leider müssen wir aus zweierlei Gründen einen Punkt abziehen. Erstens sind im Haus keinerlei Grundnahrungsmittel vorhanden (nicht mal Salz & Pfeffer). Es muss also das Selbstverständlichste selbst eingekauft werden, was nicht so schlimm ist, wir aber bisher so nicht in Niederbayern kennengelernt haben. Und zweitens hat das Bad mal eine Grundrenovierung nötig. Mit wenig Geld und Aufwand wäre da schon viel getan. Der Stand ist aus den Neunzigern.
Nichtsdestotrotz würden wir diese Unterkunft jederzeit weiter empfehlen und auch gerne wieder buchen.
