The approximately 76 sqm are divided into
a double room and a double room with a comfortable sleeper armchair. In the 32 sqm living/sleeping room, the sleeping area can be separated by a curtain. The beds,
90 * 200, can be placed together or apart. TV and music system complete the apartment. A kitchen with an extendable dining table for up to 8 people and a spacious shower room with 2 sinks are also included.
It is about 20 - 25 minutes by car to the city center. You can also reach your destination comfortably by public transport. A bus stop is directly in front of the door. The A1 (S-Bahn) is about 1 km away and takes you to the Landungsbrücken (Musical The Lion King) in 27 minutes. A parking space for 2 cars is available on the property free of charge.

CAUTION! DO NOT RENT! More appearance than reality! Disgusting! -1*
One drives onto the premises: There is scrap and bulky waste lying around. The yard and the entrance are unkempt. Parking between scrap and garbage. The landlady was also very unkempt and did not engage with us at all. First, she showed us the cleaning supplies, looked in the kitchen, and said: "Not that someone has stolen from us." After that, one never saw her again. The smell in the house hit us directly and was unbearable. It smelled of mold, pub, and cigarettes... Overall, the apartment was very unkempt & dirty, obviously NOT cleaned. The refrigerator was not connected, the furniture was broken. There was not a single clean device or piece of furniture that could be used without thoroughly cleaning/disinfecting it first. Holes in the walls. Things stuck to the floor with dirt. The floor was not only uneven but also dirty. Our dog could hardly walk there. The small runners were not only tripping hazards but also extremely slippery, as there was no slip protection installed.
The bathroom was very dirty, hair from previous tenants was in the shower & sink, as well as other dirt. In the shower, there was mold & rust.
The sanitary facilities were installed at children's height. Taller people can only shower & wash there while bending down. My wife is 1.56m tall; even she found washing and showering difficult due to the height & angle. On the fixtures, there are very old adhesive labels that presumably indicate that the water runs in reverse here. Additionally, one must wait about 2–5 minutes for the water to get warm. Energy waste is evidently a big deal here.
The beds were made, but dusty. At the headboard, there was an extension cord with three sockets directly by the pillow. The towels in the cupboard smelled extremely bad. In the back room, there was a door that could not be opened or allowed to be opened. It must have been wet there too, because the floor was soaked like throughout the entire apartment & extremely uneven. No real front door. 76sqm?
Conclusion: NEVER AGAIN!

Nach persöhnlichem Empfang hätte der beschriebene
Zustand sofort auffallen müssen, wenn er denn so gewesen währe.
Hat aber keiner etwas gesagt.
Auch nach 2 oder 3 Tagen gab es keine Beschwerden,
außer einer sehr unhöflichen, das das warme Wasser lange benötigt.
(Liegt an einem Baufehler, dauert ca. 30 Sekunden,
wenn lange kein Warmwasser benutzt wurde)
Einige Beschreibungen stimmen, aber was haben die mit
der Ferienwohnung zu tun?
Die Mülleimer stehen neben dem Parkplatz, wegen Bauarbeiten
liegt etwas Sperrmüll zur Entsorgung neben dem Parkplatz
und in der Fewo gibt es eine Abstellkammer, die für Gäste
nicht zugänglich ist.
Alles andere ist schlichtweg gelogen und dient nur dazu,
den Mietpreis zu drücken oder wie in diesem Fall komplett
zurückzufordern, klappt leider nicht.
Die Gäste sind die gebuchten 3 Tage (3 Erw. + Hund)
geblieben und ohne Kommentar oder direkter Kritik abgereist.
Am nächsten Tag kam dann eine sehr böse Mail.
Es ist müßig hier auf weitere Details einzugehen.

How can one describe it best......
Dear reader of this review, there are houses/apartments where you spend the night, because that's what they are listed for on this platform. But with Mr. and Mrs. Petersen, you go "home," because the level of friendliness and willingness to help goes far beyond what a host naturally has to provide. Whether it's keeping an eye on the dog or saying a kind word to the children or understanding certain situations - it's exactly the sum of these details that makes a stay so pleasant. Such things cannot be valued with money or rating points, so we simply say "Thank you very much, dear couple Petersen" once again, accompanied by best regards to Hamburg from the Wilke family.

Holiday flat Petersen
The location of the flat is really optimal. We also liked the separate kitchen. Mr and Mrs Petersen are very friendly and helpful. In the village itself there are enough shopping possibilities and we also found nice places to go for a walk with our dog. We were very happy that we could use the flat as a couple with our dog, but it is certainly also recommended for more people. All in all, we would book again immediately.

Short holiday with dog
We stayed with the Petersen family for a short holiday with our dog and we liked it very much. They are very friendly and helpful. The bus stops right outside the door. The flat is spacious and practically furnished

Very good!
We were in Hamburg for a weekend with seven people and three small dogs. We liked it because the Petersen family was very friendly and helpful. There is a dog run just around the corner and there is a bus to the city from the front door. Despite the dog barking, the Petersen family was very understanding. It is nicely and practically furnished, ideal for a family trip with dog. We would like to come again. ..thank you!
