The house is located in a quiet prime location, 150 m from the beach. The nudist beach is also adjacent here, and for dog owners the dog beach is not far away. The access to the main beach with the nearby spa center is only 300 m away. Far from the stress of everyday life, the recognized North Sea spa Friedrichskoog with its holiday area Friedrichskoog-Spitze is located in the district of Dithmarschen near Meldorf. Exciting hours await children at the indoor playground Wal Willi at the harbor in Friedrichskoog.
Experience the unique mixed keeping of harbor seals and grey seals in Germany.
At the Seal Station Friedrichskoog, you can observe the animals on land and, through the underwater windows, also underwater.

Cleanliness poor
The location of the holiday house is very nice.
However, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired.
Dirty mattress, unclean kitchen utensils, broken cupboard.
Terrace chairs worn out and unclean. Ant spray on the terrace despite announced dogs.
Curtains unclean, etc.

Die aufgeführten Mängel hätten der Vermietungsagentur sofort mitgeteilt werden müssen, um Abhilfe schaffen zu können.
Stattdessen hat der Mieter erst zehn Tage nach Abreise die Mängel aufgelistet, um eine Mietminderung zu erzielen und mit obiger Bewertung das Haus schlecht gemacht.
Wir haben durchweg seit vielen Jahren sehr zufriedene Mieter.

Super house with all the trimmings

Basement good, as there is no carpet, and pets are also allowed. Upper floor and stairs unfortunately covered with carpet. This was very heavily stained in the hallway and bedroom, making it very repulsive. Shower cubicle old and pragmatically repaired.

My wife and I bought the vacation home 15 years ago and have since tried to provide our guests with a cozy, fully equipped house. Now and then, something surely breaks or disappears. We try to replace it as quickly as possible. We usually succeed. We also use the house a few times a year—particularly as the drive from south Hamburg is not too far for us, especially to keep the house and garden in good shape.
