“Villa Seniola” is a very modern luxurious detached villa with magnific views located only a few minutes walk from Jávea/Xàbia old town and Km from the beach. It has private swimming pool, garden, two terraces, great naya with lounge and dinning area, five double bedrooms, three baths (one en-suite), lounge-dinning room up to ten guest and large living room.
Air condition with heating pump in all the house. Free internet access
In the ground floor we found two rooms, one bath, the kitchen (totally equipped for ten people, microwave, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, etc.). The lounge-dinning room and naya with sofas and table ideal for cosy breakfasts. Upstairs you can find three double bedrooms, two baths (one en-suite), living room and the terrace. (Satellite TV and DVD available) .
Availability of baby's cot without charge under previous request.

Jávea (Spanish) or Xàbia (Valencian) is situated in the North of the Alicante province on the Costa Blanca - the East coast of Spain. Approx 1:30 hours drive from Alicante airport and a further 20 minutes to Valencia airport. The development in the area is mostly privately-owned villas with no holiday package hotels whatsoever. Nearly all the properties are owned by Northern Europeans either as retirement or holiday homes and are spread over quite a substantial area. Not far inland the area is dominated by rugged mountains, cut by deep valleys and fertile plains which provide an impressive backdrop to the coastal landscape. Benidorm is around a 30 minute drive away where you will find great activities for the children, including Aqualandia Water Park, Terramitica and Mundomar (sea world).
Javea/xabia is located between Cabo de la Nao and San Antonio. Enjoys a mild climate that varies with average temperatures between 18 º and 24 º. Javea is divided into 3 towns: The old town, El Puerto and El Arenal. Each one with their differences but perfectly balanced. Beaches: In Jávea you will find 15 beaches along the 25 km of coastline. All well maintained and ready for swimming. We can do all kinds of water sports like jet skiing, windsurfing, canoeing, water skiing ... etc. Golf: You can find the Jávea Golf Club 9 holes. Activities: Visit the path of the viewpoints, strategic enclaves captivating scenery. Natural Areas Network and the Montgo Natural Park, Forest Park and the Bay Granadella Portixol. Javea enjoy both hiking in places with intoxicating views.

Big house in Javea
A group of 10 people will hardly be short of space.
For us, the interconnected area of dining room - kitchen - terrace became the focal point. We prepared salads and barbecue together and enjoyed the evenings on the terrace. The next morning, we met there again for breakfast.
You could spend a whole day there, swimming, barbecuing, eating.
There is an abundance of dishes, cutlery, kitchen utensils, and appliances available. Internet is working fine, hundreds of programs to choose from.

Muy buenas vacaciones en Jávea
Chalet larger than it looks in the photos. It has 2 living rooms. Raúl, the owner, is very friendly. The pool is impeccable. All rooms have air conditioning. We enjoyed our days of rest in the house. Highly recommended.
