The bungalow is built as a semi-detached house.
A large lawn area in front of the terrace equipped with garden furniture offers you the desired freedom of movement and relaxation.
The bathroom, as well as the living room with open kitchen are very functional for your stay.
The 2 bedrooms in the back of the house give you the necessary peace and relaxation with the 2x single / double beds. The price includes linen and use of the swimming pool for all guests.
Heating and also cable TV are included in the basic equipment.
The WIFI INTERNET can be used, so that excursions and events can also be planned over the phone or laptop at short notice.

Our bungalow park is located in one of the most beautiful locations directly on the IJsselmeer with surf path and sand beach for the youngest. The center of Lemmer with its beautiful, traditional shops and the cozy pubs and restaurants as well as the food discounter, also known from Germany, can be reached in less than 5 minutes.
The beach can be reached in a few minutes by the water by a short walk. In the nearby sports hotel, you and your fellow travelers can use the swimming pool free of charge, and for a small fee sauna and solarium. Also a boat rental is available with driving license free boats.
The price includes WIFI internet and bed linen for all guests.

Cancellation terms:
To make it easier for you and your vacation planning, we are offering special cancellation conditions for 2021-2022 that deviate from our general rental conditions. Here, you have the opportunity to book your trip comfortably and to cancel it if you wish. The conditions in detail: You have the option to cancel booked trips up to: 4 weeks before the start of the trip. The cost for you then is only 30% of the invoice amount. For last-minute trips and arrivals less than 4 weeks away, the full travel price is due upon cancellation. We can offer a free rebooking to a later date in 2022. However, rebooked trips will then be charged 100% if cancelled later. A travel voucher or transfer to the next year is not possible. Pets are generally excluded from cancellation. We offer free cancellation: if we are no longer allowed to provide you with the bungalow. Even if an absolute travel ban (not a travel warning) is issued by the foreign office. Quarantine conditions do not constitute a reason for withdrawal for us. Cancellation 2022 should all Corona measures be lifted. The conditions in detail: You have the option to cancel the trip up to 90 days before the start of the trip. Here, a flat rate of 30% of the travel price will be charged. From 90 days before the start of the trip, the full price is due. We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance. Pets are excluded from cancellation. These cancellation conditions are valid from 01.02.2021 to 15.12.2022 and replace the cancellation conditions in the current rental terms as read and accepted. Perfect end to the season
A 4-day holiday that could have been a bit longer
1.the rental: very nice conversations. Everything completely uncomplicated, friendly and nice. The Kübeck family was actually always available
2. the location: directly on the IJsselmeer behind the dike. A short walk and you are at the water. Perfect if you don't want to or can't walk far with a child and dog. The complex is a mixture of private rental and bungalow complex. It is very clean and well maintained. But there could have been a bit more rubbish bins along the way ;-) Okay, there is a locked rubbish area for that. The administration is handled by the attached hotel. The staff is friendly, speaks several languages and is very helpful. In the hotel itself there is a wellness area, bar, restaurant, bowling alley and much more. We made good use of the wellness area, which is free of charge for bungalow residents. Not the newest and chicest, but hey.... if you want to relax you don't need ChiChi.... it's best to go there after 8 o'clock. That's when it's quietest. We also used the bread roll service on the first morning (honestly: save it ;-))
3.the accommodation: everything you need is there. You can buy groceries by car in the town centre, 5 minutes away. Aldi, Lidl, Jumbo,... everything is there. Even if you don't want to eat yourself, there are plenty of restaurants and snack bars. The kitchen is not the newest and could have used a little upgrade. Everything is functional and well-equipped. Unfortunately, no oven, but a 4-ring gas cooker, refrigerator, kettle, coffee maker. Each bungalow has its own Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV with Smart TV. So you don't have to miss out on your favourite series.
Conclusion: Don't expect too much, then it will be fantastic! We would love to come back!

Highly recommended
Lemmer is a great town. The accommodation is clean and tidy. The location of the bungalow is superb. The staff is very friendly. The wellness area is great for relaxing. All in all, we had a very nice, relaxing holiday. We will definitely come back.

I had studied the pictures and read the reviews, so we were prepared. Our cottage did not have a barbecue, as one might think from the description of the equipment, but this was mentioned in a previous review. There was also no microwave and the description "double bed" is misleading, as there are two single beds in both bedrooms. Basically we felt comfortable and the house is equipped with the most necessary, there are even small welcome packages. Unfortunately, the cleanliness left a lot to be desired: the obvious was visually clean, but for example when putting the beds together, an old T-shirt and a lot of cobwebs appeared. There were also many cobwebs on the terrace. Parts of the house look like they have been used a lot and are old. The indoor pool is ok, but disappointing for a toddler as there are no toys or anything - there are only two simple pools, one for swimming and one with 20cm water height. As we travelled with a toddler, we could not use the sauna and steam room facilities
and steam bath facilities as they only open from 6pm. The distance to the beach was acceptable for us with a 5 minute walk, but we expected less. It is about a 15-minute walk along the beach to the various shops. We didn't use the bread service, but found the possibility pleasant. The Wi-Fi works very well and the TV shows the German channels ARD, ZDF, NDR and WDR.

Great holiday cottage in beautiful grounds!
We (2 adults, 2 children, 1 dog) have just been (in July 2018) to the cottage and really enjoyed it
The house itself is very cosy, in my opinion a floor covering other than tiles would be rather unhygienic. This way you wiped through quickly. The kitchen is functionally furnished. There is a kettle and a coffee machine. What was missing was a sunshade and a barbecue. Since the offer says that there is a barbecue, we probably mistakenly assumed that there was a barbecue available. This is not meant negatively, but rather as a type for subsequent visitors
We could have asked before arriving.
The beach is a few minutes' walk away, but there is also a huge car park on the beach. The usual discount stores are only a few minutes' walk from the beach. But there is plenty of parking there too
We would definitely recommend the house. We are already thinking about coming back next year.

Well...
The bungalows are cold - made of brick - no wallpaper inside, not even plastered. The floor is also very cold - not suitable for crawling children. Not even an oven or kettle available. The kitchen itself is not well equipped. The only positive thing was that it was really clean and the terrace, which we couldn't use due to the weather. The location is quite decent. The vacuum cleaner smelled awful!

Lieber Feriengast, hier wird es für uns schwer Ihre Buchung zu verstehen. Wir haben auf unseren Fotos z.B. Die Küche und den Wohnraum abgebildet. Hier erkennen Sie ziehmlich genau die Ausstattung der Küche, die Landestypische Klinkerwand und auch die Bodenfliesen. Warum beschweren Sie sich hier über Ihre, vielleicht anderen Vorstellungen eines super Preis- Leistung Ferienhaus. Wir lesen auch nicht, das Sie vielleicht das kostenlose Schwimmbad mit Wellnessbereich genutzt haben. Schade--- aber das ist nicht die Plattform um Ihre Buchungsfehler anderen in die Schuhe zu schieben. Sehr viele Feriengäste haben Spaß und fahren zufrieden nach Hause. Schade das es bei Ihnen nicht so war.
