Modern holiday flat in a detached house. The flat is located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a separate entrance and parking spaces directly in front of the house. It is 40 square metres in size and has a living and kitchen area with a sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00 m) and coffee table, TV and CD radio player. In the fully equipped modern built-in kitchenette with ceramic hob you will find a Senseo coffee machine, a microwave with grill function and a kettle. The dining table can be folded out and offers space for 4 people. In the bedroom there is a double bed (lying surface 1.60 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. The bathroom (standing height of 1.95 m) is equipped with a shower with shower seat, toilet and washbasin. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and a mirror. You have your own covered terrace with garden furniture and barbecue at your disposal, the shared use of the large garden is possible at any time.
Service: You will receive fresh bed linen, towels and tea towels once a week. For families with children, we provide a travel cot, bottle warmer and steam steriliser for the microwave free of charge on request.
Internet (WLAN): We offer you free internet access via WLAN (Wifi) in our flat. You can surf the internet with a WLAN-enabled device (computer, notebook, tablet or smartphone).

The directly adjacent recreational area around the Struckdieksau with many meadows, trees and field paths invites you to go for a walk, cycle or jog. Supermarkets, doctors, restaurants or other shops can be reached in 10-20 minutes on foot or in a few minutes by car. Transport connections: Bus line 51 (bus stop 250m from the house, leaves every 15 minutes) goes via the main railway station directly to Reventlou Bridge on the Kiellinie. (an ideal starting point for Kiel Week) The city centre can be reached by bus as well as by bicycle in 13 minutes. Due to the central location in Kiel's south, both the west and east shores can be reached quickly via the expressways for beautiful day trips. The sea reaches right into the heart of the city. The largest piece of nature in Kiel is the fjord with its beaches. The maritime cityscape with the harbour facilities, the huge passenger ferries and the enormous gantry cranes at the shipyard - that is typical Kiel. Water is the Kiel element. This is evident in the expanding port, the Cruise&Ferry Center or the international marine research, in the highly specialised navy or the world-class water sports. The state capital of Schleswig-Holstein is a traditional shipyard and naval city with a lively student scene, child-friendly people and urban charm.
