Great summer holidays 2021.

We were allowed to spend two weeks in this beautiful apartment with our teens. The proximity to the beach, the bakery ... everything within walking distance, just perfect. We are grateful that we only "had to" rent 2 bikes. We enjoyed the great cycling routes and the wonderful nature. Everything is really to be found in the house and the landlords are very accommodating, friendly, and always respond promptly. We were thrilled!

Great summer holiday in the holiday home Kuma

We spent a week there on summer vacation, with a child (5 years old). The vacation was overall perfect. The house was great including the garden ??. The proximity to the beach is priceless, and the information from the landlord before/during and after the vacation was perfect. You won't find such service anywhere. We will definitely come back. Great holiday, great house

We spent 1 week in the beautiful and cozy house Kuma. We can only recommend it.. clean, beautiful garden, and everything we needed was available. The beach is very close, and delicious bread rolls are available around the corner. All very ideal for the dog.
We will gladly come back and will definitely stay longer next time.

My holiday in Nieuwvliet-Bad was a beautiful little cottage.

A small cozy house, which is very nicely furnished. We were surprised by the beautiful area and the beach was less than 5 minutes away. We can only recommend renting it.

Erholung pur

We spent a wonderful and peaceful week at the holiday home Kima. The house is lovingly and high-quality furnished and we lacked nothing. The garden has a perfect south-facing position, so you can enjoy the sun even in the evening. The entire property is fenced so our dog could move freely! For a beach visit (within a few minutes' reach), numerous utensils are available! The provided bicycles are excellent and invite to great tours. We would also like to highlight the very pleasant communication with the landlord couple! We certainly haven't been here for the last time.

Zwei schöne Wochen

The sunny weather definitely contributed to us feeling so comfortable. But also the house itself. Very harmoniously furnished, everything available, really everything, and then the large and well-kept garden. Here too everything is there... lounges, cushions, garden table/chairs, grill... From the sitting area in the garden, you can even see the dike. However, the access points to the beach are a bit further away. But there are even bicycles available for use here, or you can rent, like we did with E-Bikes from the rental shop next to the nearby and very good bakery. The spiral staircase is not necessarily suitable for young children or physically limited vacationers. We quickly got used to it. It is also worth mentioning our very nice landlord, who accompanied us throughout the vacation via WhatsApp, always had a good tip and was always approachable. No question, we will gladly come back.

Good location and everything available.

From Huis Buddensiek, you can reach the expansive beach within a few minutes' walk, where several beach restaurants can be found. The holiday home itself has a sufficiently large garden where 3-4 loungers can be comfortably placed, which are also available. It is wonderful to sit outdoors at the large garden table with a view of the greenery. A grill is also available. Due to the construction of the houses, neighbors are hardly noticeable. If you go on vacation there with adult friends, keep in mind that one of the two double beds would only be suitable for a couple due to its narrower width.
The kitchen is well equipped, so you can also cook for yourself.
The overall equipment of the house is a bit dated, but everything is in order and everything needed is available. The 3 of us only didn't need the carpets in the living area. The contact and arrangements with the landlord went completely smoothly.

Toller Kurzurlaub

We booked this house at very short notice for an extended weekend.
The house is located in a really beautiful place just a few minutes' walk from the beach.
The house is very well equipped: all appliances and everything else is available in the house. You hardly need to bring anything from home.
The park with the many houses is very suitable for families with children.
Although the house does not have the best furniture, it is very, very clean. And why do you need the latest furniture anyway?! Around the corner, there is a bakery that we were a bit disappointed with. The bread rolls were comparable to those of a discount store (except for the price). To do shopping, a car is necessary.

We received the keys from the homeowner by mail the very next day. Very friendly and reliable!!

We will come back and gladly stay for a few more days.

Familienurlaub

We, 2 adults and 2 children, felt very comfortable. The house is equipped with everything. We didn't miss anything. It is cozy and lovingly furnished. Holiday home Buddensiek

We stayed at Haus Buddensiek during the week of 29.07.2013 and were thrilled. The house is wonderful for 4 people, clean, very well equipped with plenty of dishes, kitchen utensils, etc. The small garden with terrace is cozy and due to the very good layout of the gardens, you don't feel like the house is part of a building with several houses. The way to the wonderfully extensive beach is very short. We can recommend the house at any time.

Convenient, good location.

The location is very good because of its proximity to the beach and as a starting point for excursions. Beautiful terrace, sun until late afternoon in summer. Beds are comfortable. Dishes are fully available.
Visiting the house on site was a bit difficult. It's best to look at the plan of the holiday village on the internet beforehand.

The landlord's detailed description of the property is accurate. However, the garden and the concrete terrace urgently need some work. The on-site parking space is difficult to access in rainy weather along the muddy path. The house is poorly signposted.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Das Ferienhaus ist Bestandteil einer runden Ferienhausgruppe, die durch Hecken und Gebüsche geschützt etwa 15m von einer der ruhigen Straßen des Ferienparks entfernt liegt. Das Haus befindet sich in der Nähe einer Zufahrt des Ferienparks sowie in der Nähe der Information. Der Ferienpark an sich grenzt mehr oder weniger unmittelbar an die Dünen an, so dass das Meer zu Fuß in etwa fünf Minuten erreichbar ist.

free time activities: Da wir vor allem Strandurlaub gemacht haben, kann ich zum generellen Freizeitangebot der Umgebung nicht viel sagen. Der Strand ist aber sehr schön, da er relativ breit ist und somit viel Platz fürs Drachensteigenlassen etc bietet.

shopping facilities: Ein Bäcker befindet sich in Laufentfernung, Supermärkte sind allerdings nur mit dem Auto in etwa 15 Minuten erreichbar.

Carnival 2012

The location in the holiday home park St. Pierre is very good for both beach holidays and excursions to the Dutch and Belgian coast and inland. The property itself is unfortunately a bit "dated", but nevertheless functional and simply furnished.
Unfortunately, there was apparently a misunderstanding between the landlord and his cleaning staff regarding the date of our arrival, so upon arrival the property was completely uncleaned. It's a pity that the landlord had to be strongly urged on the phone to have the property cleaned the same evening.
Other than that, we spent 3 very relaxing days in Nieuwvliet.

Very good location with a relatively short distance to the beach/the highly recommended beach pavilion Saint-Pierre. Pleasant equipment, somewhat narrow master bedroom with a double bed. Plus points for occasional self-catering: dishwasher and the coffee filter machine not listed in the equipment register.

The location of the house is very good. Almost behind the dyke. The property is well planted (almost not visible). The terrace gets sun from the morning until late afternoon. We did not miss anything in the equipment.
Minus: The bedroom with double bed is small.
Plus: large television (rare in holiday apartments), awning, good house security system.

Vicinity of the holiday home: Wir kennen Neuwvliet seit den 80er Jahren. Der Strand wird sehr gepflegt. Er ist weitläufig und geht flach ins Wasser. Ideal für Kinder.

free time activities: Joggen und Fahradfahren macht hier viel Spaß. Für gute Fahradwege sind die Niederländer bekannt.

shopping facilities: Deutsche Zeitungen und eine Bäckerei sind 3 Minuten weg. Im nächst größeren Ort gibt es Discounter(u.a. Aldi).

Urlaub mit Kindern

We spent a very nice one-week vacation with our children (5,2) in this holiday home.
The house is beautifully located and very well equipped!
The bedrooms are relatively small but absolutely functional.
The only suggestion for improvement would be a stair gate for the staircase (we just placed a lounge chair in front of it - no problem).

Vicinity of the holiday home: Das Häusschen befindet sich in einem Ferienpark,ca. 3 Min. zu Fuß vom wunderschönem sehr breitem Strand entfernt. Im kleinen Garten ist man relativ ungestört, gut zum Grillen geeignet.

free time activities: Wir waren von der Umgebung sehr begeistert. Ideal für Fahrradtouren, toller Strand und sehr schöne Städte in der Umgebung (Brügge, Sluis, Gent) Alles dabei...
