This ecological house has 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, an open living-dining area with kitchen.
The fenced garden has 300 m2.
Guests can spend days enjoying the home and garden facilities, including the barbecue and terrace. There's a solar shower outside in the garden.
All the electrical energy and hot water are powered by solar panels from the roof of the house.
It is a perfect place to spend a relaxing summer holiday with your family and friends!
With the excitement that the property is quite stunning and enjoys a breeze from the sea, there is no air conditioning in the house.

Beach vacation
We had a very nice vacation with our dog.
The location is perfect for a quiet beach holiday.
The house is well-equipped and clean.
The handyman neighbor is still there but very nice!
The garden is very eco-friendly! A little maintenance would be nice!
Unfortunately, it is not as it looks in the pictures anymore.
We were disturbed by the old caravan placed right in front of the outdoor shower, and a privacy screen is definitely needed at the garden gate during the high season. Nevertheless, we will definitely come again, but not during the peak season.
Parking in front of the house is very busy!

Beautiful house in a prime location!
Even at the risk that this wonderful house in a prime location, with increasing popularity, will probably always be fully booked, I can only report positively about it! It is right by the sea, you wake up in the morning and immediately hear and see the sea. It is a small cozy house. Everything is clean and well-maintained. Furthermore, it is equipped as if you were at home. You don't lack anything. Towels, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, and already made beds. When we entered the house, we immediately noticed the fresh and pleasant scent. Everything works perfectly. We especially liked the outdoor shower after a day at the beach in the sunset, you don't experience something like that every day. For us, there was simply nothing missing in this "little house" for a perfect vacation. You practically tumble out of the house and sit right by the turquoise sea. The pebble beach is common in Croatia, but with water shoes, it's not a problem at all. The promenade leads right towards Peroj and left towards Fazana. The promenade is very well-maintained, and you can find nice little beach bars on both routes. We had our dog with us, and in the morning and evening hours, you can take a relaxed walk here away from the hustle and bustle. Behind the house, you can find nice little meadow paths, like a shady forest on hotter days. Not only us, but also our dog felt very comfortable! Ivan, the landlord, was very flexible and super nice. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, this is the right place. On the day of departure, a few tears were shed because we felt so comfortable. One thing is clear, we will definitely come back. Tip: Dolphin tour, diving boat, restaurants at the harbor of Fazana, Brijuni Island, Pula caves, and jet ski rental from David a few meters from the house.

Charming garden cottage directly behind the sea - Super service of the landlord!
Small but nice - very suitable for nature-loving people and dogs.
This little house is located directly in front of the sea and a neighbouring property, and "around the corner" you can also see the beach, which is only 30 m away. We had what the location promised: The sound of the sea, pure nature, fantastic sunsets, a huge mowed "dog training ground" and apart from some somewhat annoying, over-zealous "do-it-yourself neighbours" also relative peace - but 20 m with the deck chair towards the sea and you sit under shady trees and enjoy an absolutely quiet panoramic sea view! As we know, there are no curfew hours in Croatia as in Germany, so we were very happy that there was no booming music all night long in the neighbouring beach bar - accordingly, we and our dogs were well rested and relaxed when we arrived home after 14 days. By the way, it is highly recommended to bring bicycles - after only 2.5 km ride on the well-developed beach promenade, you are directly in the town centre of Fazana with shopping possibilities, sights, traditional festivals and gastronomic offers of all kinds.
Special thanks to the landlord and the owner: we wished for an additional sunbed and a toaster - both were immediately purchased. Landlords and owners of this nice kind are very rare today - you can still feel the "good old values" of service and interest in the customer as well as interpersonal warmth here - which is why we will always be happy to return in the years to come!
A small note at the end: a photo shows a terrace with an umbrella and a view of the sea, which no longer exists due to the curtains/enclosure of the neighbour - unfortunately, this photo did not detract from the house description, at least for us, but was somewhat misleading.

Lovely holiday home so close to the sea!
The perfect location for those seeking peace and relaxation, especially in the low season! A cozy house, well equipped with everything you need. The solar outdoor shower is particularly practical! The two bedrooms and the bathroom have mosquito nets! Very close to the sea, there is a small jetty where you can easily get in and out of the water. It was a wonderful vacation, we will come back!

Dream house right by the sea.
Our most beautiful vacation in a long time! Right in the middle of the "Pampas," but with the wonderful beach right at our doorstep! For those who don't mind using their car to eat out or go shopping, this spot on earth is the most beautiful place there is!
