Villa Stella offers a large living-dining area with sofa corner, flat-screen TV, satellite TV with German and Italian channels, modern dining room with glass table and 6 leather chairs, space for 5 people, 2 bedrooms and a sofa bed, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher/gas stove/2 refrigerators with freezer compartment/microwave/coffee machine. Washing machine, bathroom with walk-in shower, outdoor shower also available. We have a lit rooftop terrace with lounge furniture, loungers for relaxing.
In front of the large living room you can enjoy the sun in the morning and have breakfast

Location and surroundings of object

Villa Stella is situated on a small hill in a cul-de-sac surrounded by olive trees. Although it is only 5 minutes to the town of San Pietro in Bevagna, it is quiet here.
The beautiful sandy beach is only 1200 metres away and can be easily reached on foot.
There is a small supermarket on the way to the sea where you can stock up. There is also a small restaurant and a bistro. In summer, ice cream vans drive along the beach. It is a kilometre-long sandy beach and you can choose a great spot. Everything is free to use. In the high season there are also many small beach bars here and a diving club, and pedalos are also available for hire. Snorkelling is also very interesting here and a great idea for the kids. There is a market every evening in San Pietro, where you can buy everything you need at a very favourable price.
When it is no longer so hot, there are many opportunities to visit the beautiful towns such as Lecce, Gallipoli or Alberobello, the trulli town,
Castel del Monte, Oria. There are beautiful old towns such as Matera etc.

Now a little about Puglia:
It stretches from Bari - Adriatic Sea - to Taranto - Ionian Sea.
San Pietro lies on the inside of the boot heel on the Ionian Sea.
It is said that there are 300 days of sunshine here too.
San Pietro used to be a small fishing village and has now blossomed into a beautiful holiday resort, but without the chic.
In July and August in particular, many Italians - including those from Bari and
From Bari and Naples go on holiday to our uniquely beautiful beach.
There are only a few hotels, as most holidaymakers rent holiday homes.
It is also ideal for families, as there is a fruit and vegetable vendor on every corner selling fresh and affordable produce. You can also afford to eat out in the evenings,
to eat out in the evening as the prices are very reasonable.
If you want something a little more sophisticated, you can drive to Porto Cesareo to stroll around the beautiful little town, go shopping or have an ice cream approx. 25 km away - or drive to Campomarino and visit the beautiful marina approx. 7 km away.

You can reach San Pietro via the motorway as far as Taranto - then head towards
Manduria - San Pietro
Or you can book a flight to Brindisi and hire a car -
approx. 55 km to San Pietro

Cancellation terms:

Due to the current special entry restrictions because of Corona, it's uncertain how things will proceed next year. We will refund the full price if that happens again. Otherwise, we will refund 2 months before the start of the trip.

additional information:

My prices include everything for you, i.e. bed linen on arrival, plenty of towels and bath towels.
The electricity is read by our property management and billed at 0.45 cents per Kwh at the end of your holiday.

Short holiday by the sea with child

The house is very nice and is situated as described in a quiet area. The beach is close by and very easy to reach by car. The sea is gently sloping ideal for children (our child 1 year). In the evening you can walk, eat and drink in the village, very child-friendly.
Very suitable for holidays with children, as it is not directly in the city but on the outskirts.
We will definitely come again

Super holiday

The house is in a beautiful quiet location. The sandy beach with the wonderful blue sea is simply fantastic and perfect for a holiday to relax and unwind
The various restaurants are great
