Location and surroundings of object

The region on the Ionian sea has retained its rural charm. The beautiful beach of San Pietro in Bevagna is only about 1000 mtr, which are easily reached in about 12 minutes. Even the beautiful dune beaches are about 5 minutes away by car. There are no tour operators, therefore the shores of the Ionian Sea are still vacant and undeveloped. San Pietro is a typical southern Italian seaside town with cafes, restaurants and pizzerias. The near town of Manduria offers best shopping opportunities, a historic district and small restaurants serving typical Apulian cuisine and wines of the region. InterestFamous destinations such as Lecce, Gallipoli, Alberobello (Trulli), Taranto, the famous ceramic Grottaglie Fasano with the largest safari park in Europe, and more are easily reached on day trips.

No money back in case of early departure. Cancellation insurance strongly recommended.

Cancellation terms:

In the event of cancellation by the tenant, the following cancellation fees will apply: 60% of the rental price up to 31 days before the start of the rental period 90% of the rental price up to 30 days before the start of the rental period and below. There is no entitlement to a refund in case of early departure. If the tenant finds an equivalent, fully paying tenant for the same period, the cancellation fee is reduced to 10%. Travel cancellation insurance is highly recommended.
