The approx. 125 sqm large, luxurious house no. 22 for 6 people is located in the east of Renesse directly behind the dunes. The house is an end house in a row of 4 houses. It is only a few meters to the beach.
The house has 3 separate bedrooms, 2 daylight bathrooms, and a separate WC. All rooms, except the bathrooms, are fitted with high-quality real wood parquet flooring. The comfortably furnished living room is equipped with an LED flat screen TV with internet access, a Blu-ray/DVD player, a high-quality Teufel hi-fi system, and a designer gas fireplace.
Through the sliding door in the glass front of the living room, you enter the south-facing garden and the terrace with garden furniture, sunshade, and a Weber charcoal grill. In the garden, there is a lockable shed available for storing bicycles you have brought with you. The high-quality fitted kitchen with stone countertop features a dishwasher, oven/microwave combination, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and 5-burner gas stove as well as a filter coffee machine, a Nespresso capsule coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle.
Two of the three country-style bedrooms are each furnished with a double bed (180 x 200), the third is furnished with two single beds (can be combined into a double bed). Each bedroom is also equipped with a wardrobe and additional storage and hanging options.
The two daylight bathrooms and the separate WC are fitted with high-quality materials (Villeroy&Boch, Duravit, Hansgrohe, Pandora).
One of the bathrooms is also equipped with a Finnish sauna.
The house has its own parking space. In addition, further parking spaces are available for the community of 21 residential units. In the upper storage room of the holiday house there is a washing machine and a dryer. Furthermore, the house is equipped with smoke detectors and a high chair for children is available.
Rental is generally possible from Monday to Friday, from Friday to Monday, or by the week. During the high season, rental is generally only possible by the week with arrival on Friday.

The house is located in the small park Zilthus with 22 housing units vis-a-vis the beach park de Zeeuwse Kust, whose facilities can be shared. With the Strand Café DOK the Strandpark has a popular gastronomy. While you are pampered in the restaurant or enjoying a drink by the fireplace, your children can enjoy themselves in the children's cinema, play on the adventure playground or use the swimming pool. In summer there is an animation team. In addition, the park has a tennis court, a sauna, a mini golf course and a football field. The well-stocked mini market offers delicious fresh rolls, daily newspapers or freshly squeezed orange juice.

The beach park De Zeeuwse Kust is a child-friendly holiday park and is open the whole year. The beach park's facilities include an indoor swimming pool, a children's cinema, various children's playgrounds, a trampoline, a tennis court and a football field.
And to relax a sauna, infra rood and whirlpool as well as various restaurants. During the holidays, an animation team for the children is present.
The beach park De Zeeuwse Kust is located at the dunes on Schouwen-Duiveland.

Relaxed stay during the pandemic
Dear hosts!
In these difficult times, it was even nicer that our holiday could take place
Except for Zeeland, all regions of Holland have been declared risk areas.
We too had thought back and forth about whether we should risk it - and are all the happier to have spent a great week here!
Empty beaches, empty swimming pool, manageable abundance in the restaurants... Great house!!!
