Description
The house is 150 years old. We have lovingly renovated it, equipped it comfortably and largely preserved its typical character.
The property is completely fenced. On the leafy south side of the house is the sunny terrace with access from the garden and from the ground floor of the house.
The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms spread over several floors in addition to the living rooms and the kitchen.
The ground floor has a spacious entrance and lounge area. A small hallway leads to the bathroom and the bedroom on the same level. The bathroom on the ground floor has a combined bathtub/shower, a toilet and a washing machine.
Upstairs there is a hallway, the large combined living and dining room and the separate kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped, including refrigerator, freezer, stove/oven, microwave, sink and dishwasher. The first floor is accessible from the ground floor via an easily accessible staircase
The attic has an anteroom with cot and play area, the two other bedrooms and the newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet. One bedroom is directly accessible via the anteroom, the other bedroom indirectly via the bathroom.
The stairs from the first floor to the attic are steeper but still easy to climb.
We would like to point out that the house is not suitable for people with walking difficulties due to the stairs.

Location and surroundings of object
s' Häusle is located in Gomadingen-Dapfen, a small original village in the middle of the Swabian Alb biosphere area, a nature reserve ideal for hiking, cycling, horseback riding or simply relaxing.
300m behind the house, the widely ramified and eventful cycling and hiking trails of the large Lautertal valley begin.
In the village you will find a café with a pastry shop, chocolaterie, coffee roastery and much more. There is also a Swabian restaurant in the middle of the village. You can shop in the village at the directly marketed natural food shop. Shops for all needs can be reached by car in 5 minutes. Farms in the near vicinity sell their products in farm shops.
Horse lovers will find the centre of the Main and County Stud in Marbach, 2km away, with stables and paddocks open to visitors, public guided tours and other events.

Men's hiking trip.
The house is pleasantly homely and well equipped, even for 6 people. It offers a good starting point for excursions and hikes.

Family holiday
We stayed at the Häusle with our 2 adult daughters and dog. We all liked it very much. From here you can go on beautiful hikes or enjoy yourself on the terrace.
