Villa Cvita is a modern and isolated house in the small town of Kastela, located between Split and Trogir. The villa sits on a large 5000 m2 property with olive grove, private parking and 50 m2 pool. The entire property is fenced, and you can only enter by a private gate with automatic door. The house is fully equipped with all modern appliances necessary for a comfortable stay during summer holidays. There are 4 en suite double bedrooms in the house. They all have private bathrooms and queen-size beds. All rooms have AC and an exit either to terrace, balcony or garden. The kitchen is fully equipped, and is part of an open space ground floor, with dining table and living room. Smart TVs with satellite TV and Netflix account are in every room. The entire ground floor space area can be opened by a large glass door, making it all one big terrace for al fresco dining. There are 6 lounge beds around the pool with parasols. Villa also offers a barbecue with all necessary utensils. The owner will provide you with all bedsheets, towels, toiletries and essential detergents. A large covered parking is behind the house, and it is perfect for 3 cars, but there is more parking space on the property. The villa is equipped and perfect for up to 8 people.

The entire property is very private and isolated, surrounded by fields, vineyards and away from crowds. The property is completely fenced and gated. From Villa Cvita you can be at the beach in 5 minutes as well as the hills. Villa Cvita is a perfect holiday destination for people searching for serene holidays in a country-like area, but still close to the beach, cities and natural parks. The area is very calm but near shops, beaches, main roads and cities. You can be in Trogir in 10 minutes from the villa and Split in only 20 minutes.

For cancellations which are made less than 15 days before check-in there will be no refund.
