Spend a cosy holiday in a quiet environment, in a tasteful, small wooden house with top energy efficiency and underfloor heating.
In the living area, bedroom and bathroom, the individual furnishings, in modern re- and upcycling style, are waiting to be discovered. In addition, there is privacy for 2 more people in the sleeping loft. It is especially popular with children.

Location and surroundings of object
Several restaurants, grocery markets, bakers, post office, bank and doctors are a few minutes away. A swimming lake (5 minutes by bike) offers cooling relaxation during the summer months.
You can also explore the beautiful nature by bike. Anna's House is located on the Wall Cycle Path and the Berlin-Copenhagen Cycle Path, among others.
You can also take long walks in the forest or enjoy the world of castles in Potsdam in 25 minutes by car.
Or, more actively, go horseback riding, golfing and in the evening enjoy Mozart at the Berlin Philharmonic. (45 minutes by car, 50 minutes by public transport (ABC fare))
Or simply enjoy doing nothing on the terrace

Cancellation terms:
You can cancel the contract at any time before the start of the rental period. In this case, I will make an effort to lease the holiday home to someone else. However, if I am unable to do so, the following conditions apply: 1. Cancellation up to the 30th day before the start of the trip incurs a charge of 30% of the booking price. 2. Cancellation up to the 14th day before the start of the trip incurs a charge of 50% of the booking price. 3. Cancellation from the 13th day to the 8th day before the start of the trip incurs a charge of 80% of the booking price. 4. From the 7th day before the start of the trip and in case of no-show, 100% of the booking price is charged.

We had a very nice stay at Anna's house and can recommend it wholeheartedly!
It is an oasis of peace and the connection to public transport is very good.
We found the combination of a big city and a village very charming and you get a completely different "Berlin perspective".
We would love to come back!

House with charm and character
Dear Mrs. Obijou, thank you very much for welcoming us so warmly. We spent magical hours in your house. We admired the beautiful furnishings and discovered so much heart and spirit in the house. A wonderful weekend
The property, the surroundings and the very pleasant landlady, who provided a wonderful little break! A little homemade cake welcomed us. The cottage is furnished with great attention to detail & has everything you need!
We took great pleasure in the multitude of bird songs.
