43 square meters, two balconies, one bedroom, a living room with kitchenette, for 4 people, underground parking space directly in the building.
High quality and luxurious apartment of 43 square meters, the completion took place in 2013, renovated in 2017. Only about 100 meters from the promenade, in the middle and still a little quieter. Only about 300 meters to the wide, repeatedly awarded for its cleanliness beach.
The apartment has whitewashed real wood parquet and was lovingly decorated in shabby vintage style.

Dream vacation on the sunny island of Usedom
No other place in Germany has as many hours of sunshine on an annual average as the second largest, northeasternmost island of Germany, Usedom. The more than 70 km of white, fine sandy beach of the island are unique in Germany - only 2 of the reasons why the island is commonly referred to as Germany's most beautiful island.
Swinemünde / swinoujscie (PL) is the largest city on the island of Usedom with about 40000 inhabitants. Parts of the city are located on the island Wollin. S. has a wonderful wide beach and a very nice environment. The proximity to Międzyzdroje, Ahlbeck, Heringsdorf and Bansin allows trips to these baths also by bike. The lakes and forests of the two islands are within reach. Spa facilities, hotels and guesthouses await their guests. As the most important German seaside resort, Świnoujście was able to call itself 'world bath' with full authority until the 1940s.

Also worth a trip in November
we discovered this beautiful holiday flat in 2017 and have used it several times. We like the location and the equipment, which leaves nothing to be desired
We also appreciate the easy and nice communication with the landlord.
We always feel very comfortable and like to come back.

Beautiful holiday flat
We have stayed in this flat several times now. We have always been very satisfied. The flat has everything you need. The new balcony furniture is also nice. The underground garage should also be mentioned. There is enough space here.

Apartment Pegaz 44
Tried to book the apartment quickly and easily through holiday home rental. The occupancy calendar is never up to date, too much correspondence with the landlord, wasting valuable time. We found the apartment (luxury apartment!) very dirty. Dust and dirt everywhere. Jam and bread crumbs on the floor. The shower is already totally rusted and calcified, water came only very sparsely! The chandelier above the table was smeared with grease. The kitchen equipment was also minimal. Microwave was also not there, although it was in the description. There is no way to darken the living area, so it is always very warm. Balcony furniture was missing on one balcony. Sunbeds that were mentioned in the description were also not there. Balconies are so small and only separated from the neighbor by a "see-through" glass panel that I almost have my neighbor sitting on my lap. (Who wants that?) Unfortunately, we had smokers from all sides! The smell constantly seeped into the apartment. Window open, not to think about it.
The mattress in the bed was so worn out that when you sat down you were on the slatted frame and on one side the springs were already coming out. 1 week of back pain! We immediately wrote to the landlord. The response came quickly, we should report it to the management. We did, but who wants the cleaning ladies back in the apartment and then they clean around my things? My valuable vacation time is lost. And where to get a new mattress from? We mentioned all of this again upon departure, but the lady just smiled and said that the landlord needs to take care of it. It's actually a quite nice apartment but definitely not "luxury" and unfortunately very worn. If the cleaning ladies would clean more thoroughly, and if the landlord would also take care of it, the apartment would surely look different. We have now stayed for the 5th time at the Pegaz Apartment House in five different apartments, all of which were much better maintained.

Die Ferienwohnung wird von einer professionellen Reinigungsfirma gesäubert und anschließend von einem Vorarbeiter gegenkontrolliert. Eine Beseitigung der angeblichen Mängel wurde Ihnen sofort zugesagt – leider haben Sie das Angebot ausgeschlagen und uns keine Möglichkeit zu einer eventuellen Nachbesserung gegeben. Auch bei Ihrer Abreise konnten wir keine defekte oder fehlende Ausstattung feststellen. Ihren Hinweis zu einer weichen Matratze haben wir zum Anlass genommen und diese gegen ein höherwertigeres und härteres Modell ausgetauscht. Unsere Gäste sind regelmäßig von den zwei Balkonen der Wohnung begeistert, wo sie auch abends die Sonne genießen können. Es tut uns sehr leid, dass Ihnen die Balkonsituation nicht zugesagt hat.

Good accommodation near the beach
We stayed in the flat for just under a week and were very satisfied! Very friendly ladies at the management, very modern house. The flat contains everything you need. The promenade is almost directly across the street, bicycles can be rented nearby, and it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the beach. We felt very comfortable in the flat!
