The brand new, very tastefully furnished villa has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, kitchen and living room and extends over 2 floors. In the basement there is a recreation room. Fully equipped, air conditioned, has underfloor heating and alarm system - ideal villa for families or a group of friends.

Wonderful house and successful vacation
The booking itself was absolutely uncomplicated and the contact via email was smooth and we didn't have to wait long for answers to our questions.
Upon arrival at the house, we were greeted by the extremely friendly and accommodating Marko. The first look at the beautifully arranged garden with pool was absolutely fantastic. After a tour of the very nice, absolutely clean and spacious house, our vacation could begin.
There was absolutely nothing missing in this house. All utensils in the kitchen and even in the bathroom were available in abundance. The pictures on the website or other portals correspond exactly to what we found on site.
The area where the house is located is quiet and simply inviting for relaxation.
We would like to thank Marko in particular, who was always available for questions or tips about beaches or local restaurants.
We will definitely come back and spend our vacation in the beautiful Villa Moderna.

Dream house with very good, uncomplicated service!
We can fully agree with the previous positive reviews!
As we usually spend our holidays in holiday homes/ fincas, we can give an objective evaluation.
It is by far the most beautiful accommodation we have had so far!
The house is very well equipped.
Although it has been rented out since 2018, nothing is worn out, everything looks as good as new and is super clean.
Particularly noteworthy is that Marko (landlord) is always on site as a contact person and for any problems immediately finds a solution!
We have never experienced that in this form!
The holiday begins, among other things, with the basic utensils on site.
These are: welcome drinks, sufficient toilet paper, shower gel and hand soap for each bathroom
1 kg of coffee beans, 4 rolls of Zewa, 1 bag of charcoal etc.
All this leads us to the conclusion that we can unreservedly recommend this accommodation.

Perfect and beautiful villa!
The villa is a dream. Nothing is missing, beautifully furnished, very clean. On arrival, beer and water was kept cold for us and there were even fresh coffee beans. Beautiful outside area with pool and nice terrace with barbecue. A very quiet area, so pure relaxation.
Marko is a very great host, is always available and gave us great tips for restaurants. Thank you very much for everything, we felt very comfortable and had an unforgettable time and would love to come back next year

... no wish remains unfulfilled
This is the third time we have stayed in this great, quietly located holiday home. There is really nothing missing here. The house is tastefully furnished, fully equipped kitchen, cosy living room, modern bedrooms and bathrooms. Great view from the terrace on the 1st floor. Very nice pool which is regularly cleaned and maintained. The outdoor seating area and barbecue are covered, which is ideal in both strong sun and bad weather. But in bad weather you can also use the games room in the basement or the big TVs. The service of the very attentive and nice landlord is more than perfect. It is not far to Krk town, supermarkets and beaches are easily accessible.
We would have liked to stay longer... we will certainly come back...

A dream!
It was our first time in the holiday home and we were more than pleasantly surprised. In Europe, holiday homes are actually not well equipped. In Villa Modera, nothing was missing, even the taps for the dishwasher, the coffee and a welcome drink in the fridge were available. All a great start to a dream holiday on Krk. The location is excellent, a restaurant within walking distance. Small supermarket and bakery in 3 minutes and KRK in 10 minutes. We will definitely come back! Many thanks also to the always helpful host "Marko".

Perfect holiday
A beautiful house, wonderfully furnished, everything new and modern. Everything is available in the kitchen, even the coffee beans for the coffee machine. Washing machine, tumble dryer, all very well equipped. Air conditioning throughout the house, which was brilliant. The most beautiful thing was the pool and the terrace. The surroundings are very quiet and relaxing. It's only a 10-minute drive to Krk. We had a wonderful and relaxing holiday and will definitely come again. A great and friendly landlord, speaks good German and is very accessible and quickly on hand if you have a wish. Thank you Marko.

Traum Villa für sorgenfreien Urlaub in ruhiger Umgebung
Wir waren heuer zum 3. Mal in der Villa Moderana und sind nach wie vor von der Lage, der Ausstattung und den Gastgebern begeistert. Das Haus liegt auf einem Grund, der nicht zu eng verbaut ist. Im Garten, Terrasse und Pool hat man absolute Privatsphäre. Der Außenbereich bietet ausreichend Platz zum Sonnen, Baden oder Chillen in der gemütlichen schattigen Sofa- Ecke. Auf der Terrasse gibt es einen großen Essbereich mit Grill. Auch der Innbereich bietet genügend Platz für ein gemütliches Essen oder Beisammensein. Ganz wichtig bei kühlem Wetter.
In der Umgebung gibt es tolle Wander- und Radlwege auf denen man dann auch schnell an eine ruhige Bucht gelangt. Mit dem Auto kann man die ersten Badebuchten in Krk oder Pinezici innerhalb von 10 Minuten erreichen. Ein Bäcker und kleiner Supermarkt ist nur 500m entfernt.
Die Gastgeber sind die während des gesamten Aufenthaltes bei Fragen stets erreichbar und finden immer eine schnelle Antwort oder Lösung. Die Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus ist herausragend. Absolute Empfehlung für einen sorgenfreien Urlaub mit allen Annehmlichkeiten.

Traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus
Die Villa ist super modern, sehr geschmackvoll und komplett ausgestattet. Hier fehlt es an nichts. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter klappt super, kümmert sich sofort wenn man ein Anliegen hat. Würden jederzeit wieder dieses Ferienhaus buchen. Wunderschön!!! Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt !
