Tranquillity, health and an endless expanse are the hallmarks of the North Sea spa Friedrichskoog. Friedrichskoog is not a place for exuberant entertainment. Here you can find "peace from everyday life" and deceleration. The vastness of the landscape and the dimension of the sea make the sky seem big and free. A feeling of inner freedom that has almost been lost to us in our everyday lives today

You live on approx. 70m² with
1 bedroom, double bed 160x200 cm
1 combined living-bedroom with 2 single beds 90x200 cm each if required
1 dining room,
1 bathroom and
1 kitchen.
Baby cot and high chair are also available.
The house was completely renovated in 2018.
Distance to the main beach (green beach), 1.5 km - approx. 20 minutes on foot,
ATTENTION:
Due to the older construction year of our house, we have a very low ceiling height of approx. 2.00 - 2.10 metres on the ground floor - just like grandma and grandpa used to have. Unfortunately, our holiday home is not suitable for very tall people.
Please bring your own bed linen, towels and tea towels.
For stays from bed linen is included.
You still have to bring your own towels and tea towels.
We have a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 metres) and a sleeping facility in the combined living/bedroom on the ground floor (bed with mattress 1.40 x 2.00m).
Bed linen can be rented for a fee from the local tourist information office.

Information for car travellers
from the south via Hamburg - A23 motorway towards Pinneberg/Husum, Itzehoe-Mitte exit, from there B5 via Brunsbüttel, Marne. From there follow the signs to Friedrichskoog.
If you want to avoid the Elbe tunnel, you can also take the Elbe ferry from Wischhafen to Glückstadt. From Glückstadt, continue via Brunsbüttel to Marne, then Friedrichskoog.

You don't have to bring food from home. The Fressbolles team will be happy to buy it for you on site. Frozen meat, muesli, wet food and treats. Everything a dog's heart desires. Food can also be pre-ordered before the holiday
There is a large fridge-freezer in the house with over 60 litres capacity in the freezer (3 drawers)

Three fenced runs/training areas, a dog physiotherapy practice with underwater treadmill, a dog hotel with 9 dog rooms, as well as a 160m² indoor hall for weather-independent training, play & activities
EXCURSIONS
A trip to nearby Büsum is a welcome change if you want a bit more hustle and bustle around you. There is also a dog beach here.
Near Meldorf there is the Christianslust dog park:
In the Christianslust dog forest, your four-legged friends can let off steam in a 12-hectare fenced-in forest area. You can reach the dog park from Marne in the direction of St. Michaelisdonn, then continue in the direction of Burg. You will see a turn-off to Süderhastedt, but continue straight ahead for about 600 m. On the right hand side you will see a large foundry. On your right you will see a large erratic boulder with the inscription "Christianslust". Turn in there and follow the sandy path (be careful! Potholes!) until you see the gate to the dog run on the right.
If you want to show your Virbeiner an absolute dog paradise, it is best to drive to Sankt Peter Ording very early in the morning. There, the seemingly endless beaches are often still deserted and the four-legged friends really have fun in the sand :-) A view of the Westerheversand lighthouse is free of charge ;-)

Great accommodation; great vacation!

Approx. 1.5 km from our holiday home is the main beach of Friedrichskoog.
