You live in a beautiful, well-kept 2-room holiday flat for 4 people on approx. 56 m² of living space on the 1st floor (WH9), consisting of a living/bedroom with comfortable double sofa bed incl. satellite TV/Sky with DVD and telephone, a bedroom with double bed, a separate dining area, a fully equipped kitchen area with microwave, dishwasher, etc., a shower/WC and a corner balcony approx. 12 m² facing southwest, where you can enjoy the sun already in the morning until sunset, a shower/WC and a corner balcony of approx. 12m² facing south-west, where you can enjoy the sun from morning until sunset. In addition, there is a parking space directly at the house in the courtyard of Residence Albatros.

Döse has been a state-recognised seaside spa since 1964 and is one of the main tourist regions in Cuxland. East of Döse is Grimmershörn, which belongs to Cuxhaven's core town, where Grimmershörn Bay with its green beach stretches along the Elbe.

To the southwest, Döse borders Duhnen, and the neighbouring village to the south is Stickenbüttel. In Döse you can combine relaxation and fitness. The kilometre-long golden sandy beach invites you to sunbathe. You can find peace and relaxation on the dyke during long walks or discover the silent and seemingly endless Wadden Sea World Heritage Site on a hike and enjoy the wonderful view of the world shipping route.

The Residenz Albatros is a holiday complex in Cuxhaven Döse with wonderful, mainly west-facing flats with balconies, internet access via WLAN and Sky: Cinema HD / Disney Cinemagic HD / Sport 1 HD / Sport Bundesliga 1 HD .

You only walk about 150 metres to the beach and beach house. There are 33 holiday flats for 1-4 people in the complex.
