Villa Plitvine - Privacy - no neighbors Beautiful view of the bay of Vela Luka. A picturesque landscape surrounded by olive trees. A quick access to the beach and the nearby beach with a smile suitable for smaller children. If you are looking for an ideal accommodation for your holiday for yourself and your family, we present Villa Plitvine, which is located in Vela Luka in the western part of the island of Korcula. From the center of the place filled with tourist facilities are only 1500 meters away and 100 meters from the sea. This villa with pool is built in traditional Dalmatian style and renovated in 2016. It is situated on a large plot of 1700sqm which is steeped in grassy surface and various Mediterranean plants. With sea view and has accommodation capacity for a total of 7 people and is suitable for a family holiday with children or vacation with friends.

Vela Luka is a small town on the west side of the island of Korcula in a deep wide bay. The bay of Vela Luka is rich in numerous bays with vineyards, olive groves, fig trees and pines. With the population of 4500, Vela Luka is the largest place on the island. It is a safe anchorage and nautical port. Vela Luka is an attractive destination because of its mild climate and natural beauty such as impressive views, crystal clear sea and beautiful beaches. In addition, it is rich in cultural heritage, various sports and entertainment events and especially with kind and friendly hosts

Plitvice is a bay on the west side of the island of Korcula and lies in the wide bay of Vela Luka. The bay faces south. From Vela Luka it is 1500m. The bay is protected from all winds and is an anchorage for small and large boats. From Hotel Adria to Vela Luka there is a beach with a shallow beach for children. The hotel also has a swimming pool. On the side of the coast looking to the west you can swim to the last sun, to the west is the first bay Sokolić and in front of Vela Luka is the bay of Zubac Vala, in the bay there are 2 tennis courts. The bay has an electrical connection and running water.

Super accommodation, great hosts, a dream!

Super accommodation, great hosts, a dream!
We stayed in this beautiful house (2 adults, 2 children 11/16) from 10 July to 22 July. From the first moment we felt very comfortable in the house. The house offers everything you need. It is only a few minutes walk to the sea through the olive slope. The pool is great, with a beautiful view of the bay. If you want a quiet holiday without noise and a bit away from the standard tourism, this is the right place. Nevertheless, you can reach Vela Luka in 2 - 3 minutes by car. On foot, along the coast, it takes about half an hour. Very beautiful, always along the sea, recommended. Alternatively, you can take a water taxi from a hotel 5 minutes away. Everything is possible!
The hosts Frano and his wife Jerkica are wonderful people who we have already taken to our hearts in the short time they have been here. The two of them go to great lengths to make their guests feel completely at ease. Mr. Frano even organises small excursions or a meal together. We would also like to make a special mention of Tina and her very likeable husband Josip! We booked the house through Tina. From the first moment, full support was given with questions about accommodation, travel, arrival, COVID-19 info. We have never experienced this before. Hats off! Many thanks dear Tina!!!
It is the whole package that made our holiday special. The house, the location, the island, but above all the lovely people.....we will definitely come back to this little piece of paradise...?

Dreamlike

The house is in a fantastic location and cannot be seen. It offers everything your heart desires and the landlord is very nice. The only thing that might be disturbing is the hotel in the immediate vicinity. You can hear the music from time to time. It didn't bother us. On the contrary, it was even pleasant to be entertained from time to time. We can only recommend the house.
