Our holiday farm is located directly behind the dyke. The farm is nestled in old trees.
The farm is located on the outskirts of Norddeich, so you can enjoy your holiday in peace and quiet. Nevertheless, you can reach all shops, the beach, harbour and restaurants within walking distance.
Norddeich offers its guests a wide range of leisure and recreational activities.
Due to the direct coastal location, you can swim in the North Sea, go to the islands of Norderney and Juist, experience an unforgettable mudflat hike, learn to surf, kite, Segway, sail or simply relax on the shallow-sloping beach.
You can let yourself be pampered by the extensive spa and wellness offers.
The whole family can have fun in the "Ocean Wave" adventure pool in Norddeich. The seawater pool has waves, a giant slide and separate children's pools for the children, while there is a large sauna area with an adjoining wellness area and various relaxation areas for the adults.

Quiet apartment with drawbacks
Quiet location, beautiful and large outdoor area. Everything can be easily reached by bicycle. There is a lockable area for the bikes.
The apartment is reasonably well equipped.
Cleanliness, well, many cobwebs in the corners, under cabinets, and under the beds. Partially dirty dishes in the cabinets.
Coffee machine brews very long (24 min).
Play barn offers a lot of fun, but very dusty. Separated play area for adults is great (billiards, table football, table tennis).

Toll for children
A vacation home that leaves almost no wishes unfulfilled.. a lot of freedom, a lot of air directly by the dunes.

Vacation in Norddeich
Hello,
we really liked the apartment.
A few small things could be improved, in my opinion.
The explanation for waste separation is fine, but there should be a note on where the bins are located.
I would need to turn on the coffee machine at night to have coffee in the morning.
There is a receiver under the TV that is unnecessary; there is a Scart cable included, but where are the connections?
That's actually all, otherwise everything is good.

Large, well-equipped vacation rental
The holiday apartment located directly behind the dyke is quiet, spacious with 2 bedrooms, and well-equipped. The bathroom could use more shelf space. There are play equipment and a play barn for children, which is great. Bicycles can be securely stored in a storage room. The price-performance ratio is good.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
The apartment is located in a quiet and beautiful area, close to the harbor, about 15/20 minutes on foot to the beach or shopping street. The apartment is well furnished, but unfortunately, the service package includes only one roll of toilet paper (we were 5 people) and no hand soap, which needs improvement. For children, there is a lovely play barn and a beautiful garden with play facilities. In short, we were very satisfied and highly recommend the apartment.
