Description
La Licina recalls an ancient Umbrian village, with two independent buildings separated by an alleyway with views over the surrounding countryside. The oldest part of the house, inhabited by the owners, has a small private chapel dating back to 1699.
The property is immersed in four hectares of olive grove, with a swimming pool, and a truffle ground of oaks and hazelnut trees. Spoleto is located just two km away, has a very ancient history, and is one of the main tourist centers of Umbria, due to the importance of its archaeological, early medieval, and Renaissance monuments.
La Ginestra has a separate entrance from a second access road to the property.
The living/dining room with its kitchen set in a large brick arch overlooks the terrace/garden. A corridor leads to the bedrooms, one double and one master with en-suite bathroom; a second bathroom is complete with a bathtub. The views are of the Martani mountains, all the rooms have a beautiful view.
La Ginestra has heating, free Wi-Fi, and use of a laundry room.
The pool is set in four hectares of olive grove and is located 50 meters from the houses; it is shared with the owners and with a second rental apartment, "Il Tartufo".
