It takes 6 km to the first beach. The first market is 250 m away, and 300 m away is the well-known restaurant "Pizzeria Toni".
4 bedrooms and 2 living rooms can accommodate large groups of guests up to 12 persons.
All bedrooms are equipped with private air conditioning and a flat-screen satellite TV. The three bedrooms have their own private bathroom with a shower, and the two bedrooms have a balcony / terrace.
In the house you have a total of 2 balconies and 2 terraces, overlooking the pool and the natural scenery. Sea view is featured when there is no clouds.
Each floor has its own living room with air conditioning and its own kitchen with dishwasher and oven. The guest toilet is on the ground floor.
In the yard there is a covered outside table for 12 persons with a barbecue. For a perfect summer joy there is a 33 m2 pool with 8 deck chairs and 3 sunshades. Children can enjoy swings near the pool.
6 parking spaces are available free of charge.
Guests have the whole property for their private use.
