Description
The approx. 50 sqm ground floor flat has a modern living and dining area. You can relax on the brown sofa bed. From there or also from the dining area you can comfortably use the flat screen TV. The flat has Wi-Fi, so you can easily stay in touch with your loved ones or work on your laptop.
You can prepare your meals in the bright eat-in kitchen. It is equipped with many amenities such as a dishwasher, fridge with ice compartment, ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and a microwave.
You will find good rest in the master bedroom with double bed, which has an open foot end and is therefore suitable for tall people. The second room has a single bed. You will find storage space in the wardrobe and in the wall cupboards.
Wake up in the light-flooded bathroom. It is equipped with a low-entry shower, a WC and a washbasin.
The underfloor heating in the entire flat is particularly pleasant. External blinds are available to darken the rooms
Garden furniture and a barbecue are available on the terrace. The garden is fenced and therefore ideal for tenants with small children.
Furthermore, an outside storage room and a parking space belong to the flat.
In the house you can also book the flats ground floor right (also with dog), first floor left and first floor right for 3 persons each. A great option for holidays with friends or family members.

Kolkstrasse 1 House by the Lake Ground Floor Left
We felt very comfortable. Some things still need improvement. The picture in the offer should be updated. It gives a false impression of a location that is not present. On the right, there are two three-story apartment blocks on the depicted meadow. The property is fenced, which is great for visitors with children or dogs. But the fact that the grass was left uncut is not so great. Whether it's a child, dog, or oneself, everyone brings a lot of it into the apartment, especially when it is still a bit wet. The dishware available in the kitchen could also be more plentiful. Breakfast, afternoon coffee, and tea in the evening can't be accommodated without doing dishes. There are only 5 cups available. This is already challenging with three people occupying the space. The mattresses are also very firm. However, everyone perceives this differently. We felt very comfortable. These are just things that stood out to us.

Short vacation in beautiful Norddeich
Beautiful small apartment in a good location to the North Sea. Booking, information, communication with the rental service, and key handover went very well. Only the cleanliness in the apartment and the unpleasant smell from the drain were noted negatively.
