Newly renovated holiday home with a large private terrace, swimming pool and garden. Holiday home Koraca consists of a large and spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen with a dining part and a fireplace. The house has one bedroom with double bed and two additional beds are in the living room. The bathroom has a shower. From the living room it is possible to go outside to the beautiful terrace which is covered with a pergola and invites you to enjoy the pleasant climate, no matter if you just seat, read the book or eat. In the garden you can find two parking places, barbecue and bikes. The house is air conditioned. The rental price includes all additional costs as well as unlimited use of the Internet (Wi-Fi). Nice ground floor holiday home with private pool ( 3,5 x 8 m ) near Porec.

Nearby there are bike paths that connect hinterland with the coast of Istria. Holiday house Koraca is an ideal destination for families with children. The nearest beaches (Porec, Vrsar) can be reached in only 15 minutes driving by car.

Beautiful, but...

The beautiful little house with a perfect pool is unfortunately located right next to a fairly busy road. Especially on weekdays in the morning and in the evening, there are very loud clanging trucks and fast driving cars. Otherwise really perfect, very nice and accommodating landlords.

recommend for: seniors, beach holiday, romantic holiday
