Luxury Mallorcan Finca with pool in Llubi
This beautiful finca is located about 3 km outside the village of Llubi, where you will find shops, cafés and restaurants.
The wonderful beaches of Can Picafort and Playa de Muro are only a 15 minute drive away, as is the exclusive water reserve of S'Albufera.
The charming finca can accommodate up to 6 people. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 2 with 2 single beds each. Modern and luxurious bathrooms.
One bedroom and a bathroom are on the ground floor, two bedrooms and the second bathroom upstairs. All rooms are air-conditioned.
The house is solar powered, for the winter months there is a fireplace available and central heating is gasoil fired and will be paid according to consume at the end of the stay.
On entering the house you will find a spacious living-dining room, also in a modern design with flat screen TV and Wi-Fi/Internet.
Fully equipped kitchen.
On the covered terrace you can spend pleasant evenings and have barbecues or play table tennis.
You can refresh yourselves in the 3x6 metre swimming pool and in the garden the sun loungers are waiting for you to relax.
For the little ones there is a swing and a trampoline!
A wonderful property that leaves nothing to be desired.
IMPORTANT:
- All guests over 16 years of age staying in holiday homes must pay the tourist tax. Some portals do not charge it, in this case you will receive a separate message to make this payment.
- Electricity and air conditioning included.
- Heating according to consumption (1,40 €/litre).
- A refundable deposit is charged.
